Cvs logic if she will tell then Ravish will know the truth which they don't want to come out right now so they have made it like Sujata resents Vividha and blames her for what happened with her son Therefore she does not want to even take that woman's name with her son Sujata did not tell truthfully to Ravish how Atharv landed in this condition otherwise Ravish would come to know the truth of Vividha and Kailash
