The charming actor has started the shoot of his new show Jana na dil se door and will be seen playing a strong army personnel
Popular television actor Shashank Vyas who became a household name as Jagdish /Jagya of Balika Vadhu is returning to the television serials after a break of almost an year with Star plus 's Jana na dil se door . Shashank has started shooting for the serial and will be seen playing the role of a strong army personnel Ravish Ramakant Vashisht in the serial. Shashank will also be seen reuniting with actress Smita Bansal who played his mother Sumitra in Balika Vadhu. Smita will be again seen playing his mother in Jana na dil se door, much to the happiness of their fans who will be able to see this lovely mother and son duo again
Hailing for Ujjain , Shashank got his big break with Colors Balika Vadhu playing male lead of the serial Jagdish Singh / Jagya His brilliant portrayal of the character earned him a lot of accolades from viewers and critics and he soon became one of most loved actors on television . Jagdish has been one of most interesting male lead characters ever to grace the Indian television and Shashank have been outstanding in the way he portrayed it. After successfully playing the character for five years Shashank quitted Balika Vadhu in July 2015 when he felt the character has nothing more new to offer to him to explore and after the leap of 11 years the character also became too old for him to play He was replaced by Shakti Anand in the serial Shashank was showered with lots of offers , Beyond dreams Jana na dil se door being one among them as soon as he announced he is leaving Balika Vadhu but the young heart throb was keen on spending some time with himself after non stop working for five years with hectic shooting schedules for Balika Vadhu . He wanted a break so didn't take up any offers .
He signed Jana na dil se door in January this year but show only got on air in May. Shashank's entry was suppose to happen sooner in the show but makers took too long for it which frustrated the actors fans who started asking him on his social media accounts to walk out of the project and sign something else Shashank in his wait for his entry in Jana na dil se door turned down many other offers but the long wait frustrated him too . According to the reports the actor was all set to walk out of this project and this time instead of turning down the other offers made to him, he was going through them to sign the most potential one He was offered leading roles in two soon to be launched shows on Colors Sanghrash and the other yet to be titled show under developing stages and will soon get its title The producers of Sanghrash were very much interested to have him in their serial and were in talks with him , thats when Star plus and makers of Jana na dil se door rushed to the actor with the request not to leave their serial,and promised him his track will come soon in the serial They managed to convince the actor to stay on board of Jana na dil se door while the makers of Sanghrash after couldn't have Shashank approached his Balika Vadhu co actor Siddharth Shukla who signed their serial
Sources confirm Shashank has started shooting for Jana na dil se door and will soon have a grand entry in the show After winning the hearts of people as Jagya it will be interesting to see how Shashank wins the hearts of people as Ravish His fans wait to see him on their screens again in a new show is finally over They are very excited to see him lighting up their screens again
