I dint get wat did shabnam said while sitting in car !! did she fake her name ?? wat was dat sultan thing ?? isn't she shiv daughter ??

I guess she changed d name bcez she WS gng to fly to Karachi..I feel..

On Tuesday she said Shabnam Shiv Patel.

she planned it in such way that..acc to everyone she went to dubai as Shabnam (ticket which sid gave her)but she came back as sultan to india..killed sid..and going back to karachi as sultan...
