Many have heard of the mother-in-law not getting along with the daughter-in-law. But in the case of Jamai Raja,DD doesn't approve of her son-in-law Siddharth at all. Throughout the series, DD has constantly threatened and insulted Siddharth. Right from the very beginning when they met on the plane, she has always treated him scornfully. The relationship went further down the drain when Siddharth brought Aisha home. After Roshni was abducted along with Aisha, DD seems to be even more disparaging of Siddharth.
DD has felt that so far that Siddharth has been making mistakes at every turn and Aisha is an unnecessary burden. Keeping in mind that Roshni was pregnant when she got kidnapped, the trauma that she endured could have been the reason for the mishap. However knowing DD, she might concoct a theory which she puts the blame on Siddharth and his inability to take care of Roshni. What will happen to the relationship between the two? And how will take Siddharth to task?
