"Let's play na please ,I am getting super bored!" Sid stomped his feet angrily when the inner demon rose in him.

'Ask her to play angel and demons game.'demon laughed like hell..

'What is that??' asked the angel clueless after what the demon said.

"We will play angels vs demons." Siddharth declared kicking the angel side out of his head.

'What nonsense is that?' asked Roshni's angel while Roshni thought of a possible explanation to defend her best friend.

'Ask him to play doctor-doctor.' the demon suggested and Roshni had a glint in her eyes suddenly.

Roshni ran to her dad's cupboard and took out the stethoscope. She took it and pretended to check Sid's heartbeat.

"Oh my god ,your heartbeats like a butterfly Sid!" said Roshni in delight.

"Chee I hate butterflies." Sid said and Roshni started crying hysterically!!

"Oho Rosh please no crying okay??" Sid said to her unable to see her shedding a single tear drop.

'Why do girls always cry at such small things?' the demon Sid asked and angel Sid laughed.

Sid glared at them ,he could'nt ever hear anyone speaking ill about his Rosh.

"Rosh don't you know I am allergic to your tears??" Sid asked trying his level best to cheer her up.

'Dude try something else.'the angel advised while the demon rubbed his hands in mischief and said, 'Something fun!'

Sid smirked and his hands worked on its own accord and he started tickling Roshni while she laughed her heart out.

"Si...ddd stop please!!" Roshni almost shouted with tears flowing out of her eyes as she was laughing too much.

"Okk you will then do my detailed check-up na?" he asked like a baby and she nodded excitedly.

She started playing with him as he stared at her cute expressions. She was looking the essence of innocence!!

"So you have high heart-rate ,which means that you are gonna die." she claimed finally finishing her check-up.

'What crap are you speaking my Sid can't die!' the angel Roshni started crying when the demon smacked her on her head to put some brains inside her empty brain.

'You idiot she is just teasing him ,Dumbo by birth.!' the demon told and the angel heaved a sigh of relief.

Sid just started crying loudly ,he didn't want to die never ever.

"Ahh mo...ooo..mm says when we die a dee...vii..ll eats you up!" he said crying and stuttering not able to handle himself.

'Oh yes he is in the trap just look at his face.'said demon Roshni and Roshni started laughing uncontrollably after listening to this.

"I was kidding baby boy." she said laughing hard and clutched his cheeks pulling them hard and mercilessly.

"I won't talk to you ever. You are a very bad doctor! I'll never come to you for check-up." he said folding his arms across and ignoring her.

'You need to make him listen now. He seems angry!' said Roshni's angel.

'He isn't angry ,he is pretending!' said demon Sid smirking at her.

'How can we both talk?? You are his demon and I am her angel?' asked Rosh's angel.

'Everything's fair in love and war.'Demon Sid left winking at her.

"You see one day ,I'll become a doctor ,a big suggion and you will come to me for check-up." Roshni bragged and Sid put his mom's phone on her face.

"It's surgeon stupid." he explained and she started hitting him saying she won't leave him once she becomes a doctor!

"You will beg for your life in front of me." Roshni said and those words were marked forever.

Present

"Surgeon Roshni, there is an emergency." the nurse called out taking Roshni out from her reverie.

She had been remembering how she had talked about being a surgeon for the first time ,she didn't know why she had been thinking of the memory.

Sometimes some memories never leave our head as much as we want to erase them ,they keep popping up and remind us of the wonderful or sad times we have faced.

'Maybe he is around you.' angel Roshni voiced out only to face the wrath of demon side.

'Shut up ,there is no such person like him here. Selfish and unfaithful!' said the demon side of Roshni and tears formed in her eyes.

"Yes let us move." Roshni maintained a calm face and pushed away the disturbing voices in her head.

She started operating the patient ,his face was not visible. He and been severely injured.

While operating him she felt his slow and vivacious heartbeat and her breath got struck in her throat. She stared observing him closely.

"Name." this was the only word she was able to mumble. "Siddharth Khurrana!" the attendant said and the ground slipped from beneath her feet.

How much ever she hated what he did to her ,she could never ever want him lying in front of her and she operating him.

"You will beg for your life in front of me!" the words came back to her and she started doing the best she could you save him.

FLASHBACK

"Roshni ,I want to complete my future studies abroad. Please understand na baby." Siddharth tried to reason out with her.

"But why not in India?" she countered him knowing very well he never wants to settle back in India.

'He wants to break up with you and is finding out reasons to do so.' the demon shouted defeating the shouts of the angel to reason out with her.

"You can say it straight. I won't mind!" Roshni said in the verge of loosing her cool and her emotional balance.

'What does she mean? Say it straight?' the angel Sid asked as confused as siddharth himself.

"You wanna breakup with me? Then fine take it and leave." Roshni roared like an angry lioness and pushed him away.

'What are you saying? You should listen to him once.' angel Roshni pleaded with her.

"Rosh ,we were best friends before being a couple na? Understand me like a friend atleast?" he asked her trying to calm her down.

"I don't wanna see your face ever again ,we have no relation now!" she declared and closed the door on his face.

'Fine if that is what she wants and doesn't want to clear it , I am done.' demon Sid declared making Sid angry in turn..

Present

"The patient is concious now." the nurse came in and declared making Roshni scared all of a sudden.

She was in a dilemma as to what to do ,that's when her inner souls came to her rescue.

'Go and face him come on.' the demon motivated her while the angel stood mum as always. After that incident her angel had never spoken to her.

"Why are my heartbeats increasing so much? Is she around?" Siddharth questioned himself which was answered by his demon side.

'Call for the devil and the devil is at the gate!' he said and Sid popped his head towards the door and his world stopped.

'She is so beautiful dude. She hasn't changed a bit.' the angel in Sid melted him again but the demon inside could not see it all sorting out.

'She changed that day only. No need for giving false hopes!' the demon said and his ego took over him again.

"Wow you literally did beg for your life in front of me didn't you?" she asked smirking widely.

Her voice faltered the ego in him and he said ,"Can't we forget all that happened Roshni?" he asked.

His innocence made her question her own actions for a while but then she came back in form ,"Some things are never forgotten."

"Ya right like your immature behaviour!" Siddharth said his egoistic self taking over him even as Roshni glared at him.

"And your filthy betrayal." Roshni spat and exited the room trying to hide her tears from him.

'Also his dream proposal cannot be forgotten by you.' the angel in Roshni said after a long time of wait.

'Your first kiss will always remain etched in your lives.' the angel Sid came up and enlightened a teary Sid.

"We will set this right ,you guys come backs soon!" the angels chorused together!!
