Spitting Blood is a sign of an serious sickness.I think rather than the baby Roshni is sick.😭.

Roshni spitting out blood is a sign of a serious sickness, bt nt sure if it could be a sign of miscarriage or complications. But if she is sick then there will be complications to her pregnancy. I fear though the fact that blood came out once now, the Patels will keep it from Sid and his whole family. Roshni might be the one to request all to not tell Sid as she won't be wanting to worry him too much. But we know him coming to live with them and be around her, he is bound to come across her being so unwell and her spitting her blood. But eventually I think a choice would have to be made, mother or child. As some might assume her having cancer, I think Nia would nt mind to re act as a cancer patient as she knows that was milestone moment in her career.
