CHAPTER THREE : Teri Ore

A new morning brought with it a new hope of meeting Siddharth for Roshni and for Siddharth , he was just hoping he does not meet her and complicate things for her further!

"Yash , I am so excited for the concert today!" Roshni said hugging him tightly. Yash was bewildered seeing her behaviour.

"Why?? Are you going to get your Prince Charming there?" asked Yash full-on teasing her.

"Maybe.." she said and winked at him. He was standing there with mouth open when Roshni left and Sam entered.

"Yash Sir , are you fine?" Sam asked seeing Roshni go away thinking something maybe wrong.

"No no Sam , everything's fine." he said smiling at her and started leaving but turned around , "And no Sir please!"

He left leaving a blushing red Sam behind. She started jumping thinking he likes her too!

"Sam.." she heard Roshni shout and cursed her luck and mumbled , "Roshni , the devil turned softy ma'am has called." Sam suddenly smirked.

"Yes ma'am.." she said looking terrified of Roshni. She eyed Roshni and realised she was excited for the first time in her life.

"Ma'am are you excited for the concert today?" she asked again earning a hard glare from Roshni.

"Where is the list of songs I am gonna perform?" Roshni asked in a rude , arrogant tone.

"Again??" Sam mumbled to herself and Roshni cocked up her eyebrows when Sam handed her the sheet.

"Aren't you excited , we are gonna see the Silent Rockstar performing?" Siddharth asked happily.

He was sure in such a large crowd they wouldn't meet but he had to see her perform , the girl who had captured his heart. He could not deny the feeling now as much as he tried , although it was evident they could never get together!

"No actually its nothing so special?" Misha replied totally disinterested in being in this crowded place.

"You don't know anything about music right?" Siddharth asked taunting her while she made angry faces.

"What the hell yaar? How much time will this rockstar take?" a guy said from behind Siddharth.

"These singers and famous people are all like this." another said and Siddharth got angry hearing him say all this about Roshni. He had a sudden urge to hit him but controlled it.

"So everyone gear up for yet another mind-boggling performance by the Silent Rockstar." the host announced.

Siddharth saw her walking up on the stage and his heart-beat increased. He wanted her to know he had seen her perform but just could not!!

Roshni started singing with a new zeal in her voice. She had her eyes closed imagining Siddharth with her! She got a small smile on her face remembering his smile and the way he made her blush all the time.

Rishta naya rabba, dil chhu raha hai

Kheenche mujhe koyi dor teri ore

She suddenly jerked open her eyes feeling him around her , she looked here and there trying to find him. Her singing reached a whole new level!

She spotted him at some distance and her eyes locked with him. She was feeling special seeing he had come to see her perform! Her eyes never left him.

Ek heer thi aur tha ek raanjha, kehate hai mere gaanv mein

Saccha ho dil to sau muskilon ho, jhukata naseeba pau main

Siddharth saw her looking straight into his eyes as if staring deep in his soul. How he wanted to acknowledge his feelings at that point but destiny had other plans! She imagined him singing for her but the day-dream soon got broken.

Ho ho aanchal tera rabba falak ban gaya hai

Aab iska nahi koyi oor koyi chhor

She smiled seeing him looking back but at the next moment she saw a commotion where he was standing and stopped singing.

"Hello?? Sir please calm down." the guard tried seperating Siddharth from the guy but Sid wasn't leaving him.

After Some Time

"What was that?" asked a shocked Roshni , she seemed a bit angry too seeing her face and tone.

"I am sorry for spoiling your concert but that guy was speaking rubbish about you and I couldn't take it." Siddharth cleared out to her.

All of Roshni's anger flew away and she had a sheepish smile on her face hearing he had done it for her.

"Explain!!" she demanded in a clear tone not giving away that she wasn't angry anymore!

FLASHBACK

"This girl has no limits man, so unabashed infront of all." a guy said behind Siddharth.

"What do you mean? She is singing so nicely." one of them voiced out.

"Oh ho the singing is good but the girl should not expose so much or else.." the guy started but could not complete as a punch had landed on his face.

"Sid??" Misha shouted seeing him bashing up some random guy and thats when her eyes landed upon the girl singing on stage.

"Oh My God?? This is the girl who slapped me?" Misha said to herself burning in anger. She was diverted by Siddharth's voice.!

"How dare you say anything about her haan?" Siddharth said his eyes blood-shot red. He was beating the hell out of him!!

"Hello?? Sir please calm down." the guard tried seperating Siddharth from the guy but Sid wasn't leaving him.

"Leave!!" Roshni's sound vibrated in the hall through the mike and Siddharth stopped at once.

PRESENT

"Okay but what if he was goig to say something else?" Roshni asked in a straight voice but her happiness was evident.

"Oh please , I suspect you know better and if you don't then I'll leave." he said angrily wanting to kill that guy again.

She held his hand and spun him around pulling him in a hug. The hug wasn't awkward at all , it depicted their emotions.

Siddharth found solace in the hug , feeling all his anger wash away while Roshni gained a sense of protectiveness by the way he was hugging her!

"So you came to watch my concert?" Roshni asked breaking the hug and changing the topic.

Siddharth saw her hair getting dishelved so he just stroked her hair right and said ,"Yup!! You sang beautifully."

Roshni blushed at his compliment and felt good that he liked it. His touch was so comfortable to her , she just wanted to melt in him. His next question made her to blush more profusely!

"Was it for someone special?" asked Siddharth with a smirk on his face. She raised her face to gaze at him and saw Yash coming in!

"Siddharth meet Yash!!" she exclaimed going on to hug Yash while Yash smiled at her. "Hey buddy." Yash greeted him.

"Hi.." Siddharth said feeling his anger return seeing them hug in such a carefree way.

He could not stop the jealousy he felt when he saw them both hug and in a fit of anger said , "So this is your special someone?"

Siddharth had a fake smile plastered on his face while Roshni had a shocked look but recovered the next moment and started laughing loudly.

"No no he is just my best-friend!!" Roshni said and the smile on Yash's face faltered but he put up a mask of being happy for his friend.

"Okay.." Siddharth relaxed but still their hug borthered him and as much as he wanted to be away from her he just could not control his heart.

"I'll leave then." said Siddharth and Roshni left Yash to hug Siddharth goodbye. Siddharth felt a gush of happiness!

"See you soon." Roshni called out to him as he left and Siddharth immediately cursed his fate for making him meet her again.

He secretly wished her wish did not get fulfilled. Roshni was too happy today even though her concert was not a success!

"Hmm..So not only Roshni ma'am but her lover too gets jealous! That's fabulous. I love playing cupid to them! Although I don't get to do much , their meetings are sheer luck." Sam thought to herself.

"Maybe even God wants them to unite!" Sam decided and got dancing away thinking about how they would meet next!

So sorry for such a late update. This would have been updated 2 days before but uhh I was in middle of writing. Then yesterday I had planned to finish all of it but well my health deteriorated or to be precise I fainted in college.😕
