Roshni was in her room crying her heart out playing that moment over and over in her mind with Sid telling her Sam is pregnant. "Why is this happening to us " she said out loud...Then her phone began to ring for the millionth time, she already knew who it was so she just ignored it, again and again it just kept ringing part of her wanted to answer it she wanted to hear his voice but then the other part kept telling her he is not hers anymore.
"Pick up Roshni , I need to hear your voice" Sid said to his phone and he kept trying to call her but it was of no use Roshni was not picking up. Suddenly his phone rang and without checking who was calling he answered with haste" Hello thank god you call, please we need to talk" Sid said thinking it was Roshni..."Yes we do need to talk , about what we are going to do about the baby" said Sam...Sid was angry that he was speaking to Sam " Sam, I am driving right now, I shall call you back soon " and he hanged up the call..."You may hide as much as you want Sid, but soon we will get marry even if you do not want this" Sam said to herself.
It was morning and Sid finally reached his home, he walked through the front door and met his parents "Sid did you make a decision to what you will do about Sam and Roshni" asked Simran
"No mom, I need some time to think, I know this child is important but I love Roshni and she loves me too, I want to marry her alone"
"yes we understand that Sid but what about Sam reputation, and our reputation what will happen when people find out you got a girl pregnant and married a next girl, Sid I know you love Roshni but think about the child, stop thinking about your happiness and start to think that soon you will have a little boy or girl, we know you wanted that with Roshni but Sam should be your priority right now" said Raj
Sid was lost in his thoughts he finally understood a little of what Roshni was trying to tell him last night he remembered all the days she would be upset because her mom was never around and she did not have her dad either, he did not want his child to suffer like that, he wanted the child to be happy so that Roshni can be proud of him, so he finally made a decision even though he would be sad at least his child will get all the happiness in the world.
"Mom , Dad I know this will be difficult for all of us but you guys were the best parents ever and today I want to be just like you, so I have decided to be there for my child hence I will marry Sam" and as Sid said those words his heart broke into a million pieces because he knew that now he will never be with the person he actually love.. "I am sorry Roshni, really I am but I have to do this " he thought to himself.
Simran and Raj were proud of their son because he made the right decision, "Oh my so much to do and so little time let us make preparations for the engagement tonight" Simran said while Raj said" I will call Durga and explain everything to her, we need them their at the engagement to show that the partnership is still strong even though our children are not together"
"What rubbish is this Raj, how can he be so careless , what about Roshni how will she feel, for the pass 4 years we all were talking about their engagement and now to know that Siddharth has been two timing her with some other girl. This is utter nonsense and I wont come to the engagement " DD said on the phone while talking to Raj. Roshni over heard the conversation and came right away, she collected the phone and apologized on behalf of her mom rude attitude and she said to Raj " Yes Papa..i mean Mr Khurana we will be honored to come to the engagement after all my best friend is getting married" Roshni said trying to keep a brave facer on " Ok dear I will have to go now and please apologize to your mom for me " he said and then hanged up the phone.
Roshni dried her eyes and turned to her mother " Oh Roshni I am so sorry, I wasn't even here for you, why didn't you call me"
"it does not bother me mom, I never loved Sid we were always just friends and also we did not want to get married, I knew he had a relationship with someone else "
"Roshni I am not around always and yes our relationship is strained, but I work hard for your happiness and I know you so well...and that lie you just told me will not work, I can see the pain in your eyes and I know you do love Siddharth"
Roshni just looked at her mom and then she ran into her arms and cried, this made DD also cry to she how much pain her daughter was feeling " Don't cry, I am here now and I will set everything right"
"No mom you wont do anything, Sid needs to do this, he needs to be there for the baby, we were not meant to be mom, please promise me you wont say anything"
Roshni then went to her room while DD made a phone call "Hello I need you to find out everything you know about Samaria Mehta" DD said on the phone.
The Khurana mansion was decorated in a beautiful manner and the engagement was in full swing all were enjoying the music, drinks and entertainment. Sam was having a chat with Simran while Sid was moping around the place suddenly his eyes fell at the door way when he say Roshni and DD approaching, their eyes met but Roshni broke the stare fest by looking away. She and DD then went to Sam and Simran and gave them their gift. Simran looked at Roshni with a sad looked but Roshni quickly hugged her and told her to relax that she is fine. Simran then notice something was on Roshni face so she sent her to freshen up in their guest room.
As Roshni was in the room she was about to put the lights on when she felt someone hugging her from the back. ' Oh Roshni I am so glad you came, I was dying to see you" said Sid
Roshni at first melted at the touch of his hands on her body but then she remembered he was about to get engaged to someone else so she pushed him off. "Sid what are you doing, everyone is outside waiting for you to engage Sam and you are here with me"
"Roshni you know I would rather be here with you than with anyone else, and I was worried so I came here to check on you, why were you not answering my calls"
"Because we are not together also how does it look that you are calling your ex when you are supposed to be talking to Sam"
Sid was hurt when she used the term ex," Oh Roshni I maybe marrying Sam but only for the child I will always love you and only you" he said as he came closer to her..she was back walking as he kept coming closer and closer to her when she was trapped between a wall and Siddharth right in front of her. "Roshni I know you are hurted and even I am hurted, I wanted to spend my entire life with you but I cant...I just want to make sure you are okay, I want you to know I will never betray you ever but please answer my calls when I call, I know we can never be together but I feel better when we talk, I know we cannot be one and I cannot touch you or kiss you, but when I hear you voice I find a reason to breathe again...Not being with you is very hard for me Roshni, I don't know what I will do without you"
Roshni was in tears as she heard Sid talk his heart out because she knew she felt the exact way, but she did not want him to two time Sam or the child with her. She placed his hands on her heart as she placed hers on his, " Siddharth I will always hold a special place for you in my heart and I know you will, we will always be friends and only friends...Soon a little boy or girl will enter you life and you will feel complete and when that happens you wont need to hear my voice to find a reason to live but that special person will make you want to live forever' you need to stop thinking about me, we don't have no future together please just stop"
Siddharth kept staring at her as she talked he saw her crying and it made his heart pain a lot more, he took his hands for her heart and wiped her tears and then he pulled her close and hugged her.
"Please don't cry Roshni, please I don't like to see you cry and in pain , I know I am the reason for this pain and I am sorry" and without thinking after hearing his words and seeing him now in tears she kissed him passionately catching him by surprise but then he kissed her back and with all the pain that was kept inside came out, the kissed was leading to something else when she slipped off his jacket and he pulled her towards the bed and she fell on the bed as he unbuttoned his shirt both lost in each other eyes he slipped off his shirt and then began to kiss her again both rolling on the beg kissing passionately and was about to make love when the there was a knock on the door "Roshni is everything ok"..It was Simran "Oh Shit" Roshni said as she finally came out of her trance" Yes I will be out in a minute" she said to Simran as she got up from the bed and went into the washroom to fix her makeup and hair "What are we doing Siddharth, how can we be so weak" she said
"Because we love each other Roshni, I know what we were about to do is wrong but that is our hearts telling us what our minds are trying to hide"
"Enough of this Siddarth you are about to get engaged to Sam, just stop this talking about love"
"I know you love Roshni, I can see the pain in your eyes when you talk about Sam, I know you are hurted but please don't do this to your self"
"Yes I love you Siddharth but I shall not live my life hiding and sneaking around Siddharth, you will soon have a family to take care of and soon you will forget about me, what should I do then, cry and hope you visit me at nights.. That is not a life neither of us want to live so please stop it not" and as she said those words she left the room leaving Siddharth alone.
"Mom I need the keys, please I don't want to stay here anymore" Roshni said to DD
"Ok dear I shall come with you, no mom you stay here and enjoy the party, I will be home when you reach there" Roshni said and she hugged her mom with tears in her eyes because she knew what she had to do
She then went to Raj and Simran and gave them each a hug and wished them all the best and then she left. As Roshni reached home she went straight to her room and took out her already packed suitcase and she watched her home one last time, she left a letter by her mom laptop and she left the house.
Take me to the airport and she took out her phone "Hi its me, I need your help Yash " she said crying...
