Roshni knows she loves her some Sid. As much as she tells and convinces herself that Sid is her past or that she doesn't love him, she knows deep down in her heart that's a big fat lie and it's quite the opposite to how she actually feels.
Roshni confessing her true feelings for Sid when she realises that he is on his death bed would be awesome. If I were Sid I'd pretend that that this was actually dying so she'd come running back to me.
