Correct me if I'm wrong but now that the truth is out, I don't think Sid and Roshni's marriage was ever legal to begin with because Sid give a false name, his legal name is Siddarth Khurana and registered as such. I also think that's why they didn't show them consummating their marriage because they want it to be within legal rights.

I think that Roshni and Sid will rekindle their relationship when Vivian's character is about to become negative. Probably there is a lady in waiting for Sid as well.
