Because Uncle Victor and Victoria saw Esha with Raghu in the jungle with each other and they think that Esha is Raghu's wife.

So now they have to pretend that Raghu-Esha and Anya-Bhola are husband wife. Because they want those 500 crore rupees and they don't want Neel & Nikki to win

past few days' story's synopsis is as follows:

when raghu-aanya, bhola-esha went to honeymoon together in forest cottage whose caretaker was trying to make everyone staying in cottage scare away pretending to be ghost. Suddenly feuze went off in the banglow, raghu went out to get some wood, at the same time fearing ghost Esha ran away in terror........ she goes too far away, hearing her scream raghu follows her and they both forget the path back to banglow. At that time they see one jeep, decide to take rest there, when owner of that jeep (i.e. esha and aanya's uncle -aunti who came to see them from london) questions them what they were doing there. Esha in order to stay in the jeep tells that they were husband and wife, thinking that anyhow they wouldn't meet them again.

Now, when they get back to DNKT, they find out that these uncle-aunti were going to give them lot of property if they can prove that they are most romantic couple. uncle hates lies, hence they decide not to open their mouth.
