I loved watching the episode where the city folks come to anya's house for the party and act so western. We do have such people around and they have shown the real world. Not only do people from the city behave this way but our own indians settled in foreign shores behave this way too(not all of course),how easily they get influenced by western culture. This show is an eye opener. The episode must be hilarious but it has shown reality. We need pple like Anya to put some sense into such pple influenced by western culture. No offence to anyone. This is an eye opener for those influenced by the western culture.😃

i dont know, am from the city myself, but i wouldnt and i cant imagine any of my friends acting the way they did! i mean they were trying to make gaon ppl look inferior to them they were being so nasty! i thought it was over-reacted!

i could be wrong though as not everyone is the same, some ppl like to showoff their money and status as it makes them look powerful! Those kinda ppl really need a life

there are two types of people around. one who live in the city but still respect their culture and the other ones who just forget everything & pretend that they are actually white. errrghh... the latter just disgust me.🤢🤢🤢

I don't agree that people settled in foreign countries behave that way, some do ofcourse. But most of us are so tired of western behaviour, since we are living it all the time, that whenever we go to India, its so wonderfull, just to behave like a normal indian.

I agree. There is a small section of the people, who are totally influenced by western culture and behave silly.I can already see some influenced kids in the forum.I have already come across such pple,so there are such people but of course, like U rightly pointed out,few but not all.

dotcom you are absolutely correct. not everyone acts like this. and how can one judge people over a computer whether they are influenced by the western culture. just because they claim to like a particular dress or shirt that an actress was wearing doesnt mean anything.
