Thanks for liking it.

Imagine avni n dhruv together. Dhruv will enjoy her company because he is a very good doctor and has passion towards his profession unlike avni. Hehe.

He will be always entertained with her because she is mad na. He can treat her every day.

By chance agar woh comstant therapies ke wajah se theek ho gayi toh, then dhuniya par bohot saara bhoj kam padega aur log bohot khush rahenge
