Ayesha is understandably worried of Veer and Avni getting together, although Veer has assured her otherwise. When she is upset she has a friend, however in Dr. Dhruv. Dhruv, who is Ayesha's college buddy, is always there to listen to her when she's upset. He even played along being her dance partner at the recent event.
"Ayesha and I are good friends and I am there to help her out. I know she loves Veer and Veer feels the same way about her. However, Ayesha doesn't think he does. I am here on the insistence of Ayesha and Nihaal. She wants to make Veer jealous by claiming that she is dating me. I will be dancing with Ayesha at the party to rest doubts that Ayesha and Veer are dating, which is against Avni's company policy," said Dhruv
He further added, "This isn't the first time that I've come to help Ayesha. I helped her expose the truth behind Kamini - Veer's mother."
He added that he doesn't have any feelings for Ayesha and that their friendship was totally platonic. Ayesha also said that she was lucky to have a friend in Dhruv.
In the current track, the foreign delegates come for the final meeting with Avni and Veer. Ayesha comes with a sprained foot that she sustained during the dance.
