Realisation
It is a unique story of veer and Ayesha, imagined and written by me and is my copyright. Copying the parts/themes of my story are not entertained and necessary actions will be taken.

Introduction:

One moment will always arise in everyones life.. The moment which everyone will reminisces in every part of their life.. Yes, the moment when a person realises that he/she is in love. How are veer and Ayesha going to realise their love for each other ? Will they ever do ? Read on to know more..

Character Sketch:
Ayesha Sharma: (You can imagine either aditi or sanjeeda)

An intern (junior doctor) from Mumbai. She is in her last year of internship. She is the daughter of the owner of the hospital, Mr. Nishant Sharma and Dr. Smriti Sharma. The main hospital and her residence are in Delhi. One thing she never misses in her life is to take a glimpse of the person who robbed her heart, Mr. Veer Vardhan Singh, the one whom she fell in love with. She knew her case is like pyaar impossible. She was just one of his crores of lovers and admirers.

Veer Vardhan Singh: (Siddharth Shukla)


His profession is to give out a fine masterpiece of acting. His every feature makes a girl go crazy. Any international model would like to trade his life to get the same features like veer.. His every ada is amazing. He has everything in his life but not love. Many women proposed to him but somehow, he was never interested in any one of them. The only regret in his life was - his parents and his sister, they are always into parties, pubs and social obligations like charities. They never cared for him. No one asked him if he was fine or if he needed something. It was always his secretary who followed him and thought about his necessities, that too because, it is her job.

Avni: (Karishma Tanna)

Veer's secretary. She always feels sad for her boss cause, she always felt the fact that, he craved for love from his family.

Mr. Nishant Sharma:


He is the father of Ayesha and loves her more than anything in this world. He runs on her orders and wishes and he is more like a friend than a typical dad. Ayesha and nishant share a special relationship. He is thow owner of sanjeevani, a chain of hospitals and ramada group of hotels.

Dr. Smriti Sharma: (Vaishnavi McDonald)


She is a gynaecologist in sanjeevani, the hospital owned by her husband. She is ayesha's mom and loves her a lot. She can be awarded the best mother award. Even with her hectic duties, she always had time for her family. She is also the mentor of Ayesha.

Kamini Vradhan Singh:


She is a lady with a lot of dignity in the society. Loves her children veer and sasha equally but never tought them family values. Veer never followed her views but his sister, sasha, is a true puppet of kamini. She is always busy with social obligations and never has time for her family.

Vardhan Singh:


Allocates all his time for his business meetings and parties. He owns a software designing company and also provides many popular social networking and web designing services online and is as popular as nishant sharma. He also does not spend time with his wife and kids.

Sasha Vardhan Singh: (Sunaina Gulia)


She is veers sister and a completely rich spoilt brat. Always hang a with a bunch of idiots who are just like her. Criticizing is her favourite pass time.

Parminder Kaur: (Lavina Tandon)


Ayesha's best friend and whenever ayesha is sad or mood out, she teases her with veers name. She personally knows the amount of love and respect Ayesha holds for veer.

Rajdeep Sahni: (Abhiman Balhara)

A college friend of veer and also his event manager and looks after all veer's legal works. A cool and a crazy guy. Doesn't realise what he is talking about. Loose tongue. Speaks whatever comes to his mind or heart.

Ayesha is a veeroholic and is from Delhi. She does not admire him like every other girl but seriously loves him from her heart. Veer is ignored by his family and is a popular actor residing in Mumbai. Are they ever going to meet ? Will ayesha's love remain one sided or will it get fulfilled ?

PREFACE:

She counted the no.of minutes left for her duty time to finish. As the clock striked 1:00 PM, she literally rushed to the cafeteria, where her best friend was waiting for her.

Parminder, who looked at a completely tensed Ayesha, tried to cool her down. But Ayesha was sweating badly. She finally asked," veer ko kya hua ?? he is fine right ?" Pammi took a deep breath and replied," no.. He is down with flu. The tests are still going on. He is admitted in apollo, Mumbai."

Ayesha flips through all the news channels trying to get a glimpse of his but all her efforts are vain since the cameras are not allowed into the hospital. Ayesha lost her temper and exclaimed," such a thing never happened with my veer. He always takes care of his health. But this climate you know.. Just a stupid thing.. I hate this flu !! Veer will be having a lot of trouble.. He might be having fever, sorethroat and.."

Pammi gets fed up but tries to control,"Ayesha, enough is enough.. Doctors are treating him and he has his family with him. You are behaving as if he is chanting your name and is asking for you. You are crossing the limit now Ayesha. He is just a tv star yaar.. Your love is never going to come true and you should move on in your life."

Pammi felt that, this is the high time and if she encourages Ayesha to go in the veeroholic trend, she knew Ayesha will ruin her future by getting depressed. One or the other day, beer will find a girl for himself. Will Ayesha be happy ? Will she ever move on and take the life as it is ?

Ayesha: pammi, mujhe toh lag a tha ki, you understand me yaar. You know I love him. I can not see him in pain. I think I will have to make a move now and go to mumbai.

Pammi: are you crazy ? He has a load a he'll of security. Their job is not to allow a single person whom veer doesn't know to go to him or approach him. Whom do you know in the film industry ??

Ayesha: but we have Rita, our college mate who is currently doing her internship in mumbai's Apollo. She would help us na..

Pammi: but okay.. You will somehow go with her help.. But what are you going to tell to veer ? I mean.. You are going bonkers babe. Just forget it and back to your duty. He is just having a normal flu. He did not meet with an accident or have a life threat.

Ayesha: I'm not in a mood to work pammi. Veer is suffering there aur mei. Maim mastic manaoon ? I will have to do something.

Pammi gets enough and she drags Ayesha our of the cafe and pulls her to the ward in which they have their duty allotted.

EPISODE 1

She twisted a lot and tears ran down from her eyes but all the panic vanished when a caring hand smoothened her forehead. She woke up to see her father. She immediately hugged him as tight as possible. She felt relatively secure.

Nishant: kya hua meri bachchi ko ? Inti rat ko woh sapne mein ro kyun rahi hai ?

Ayesha: papa mein mumbai jaana chahti hoon.. Please papa.. Mujhe jaane deejiye na..

Nishant: ayesha, beta pammi ne bataya ki wahan par kya hua.. But ayesha, let us discuss something seriously. Okay you will go to see him.. We will find out some way to meet him. I will use my power for that to get you meet him. But.. The point is, tum wahan jaa kar kya karogi ? Ayesha, he doesnt even know you nor he knows that, someone like you exists. And even if he gets to know about you, do you think he will love you just because you love him ? Beta, i am your best friend na, i will only think for your good. Just forget Bout veer beta. It will be good for your future. Dont go overboard with all this issue..

Ayesha: papa please. I dont know why i want to go there. I dont have a reason. But i want to go and see him. Be with him. Even if they wont let me in to his room, it is okay. I just want to stand outside and ensure that he is safe. Papa, i love him. Even if he doesnt love me, nothing will happen. I dont care. I love him a lot papa. I care for him..

Smriti: ayeshu, papa ke baat samajh ne ki koshish karo beta..

Ayesha: mom, i want to go NOW.. To see veer. And i am going.

Adding to the situation, pammi calls ayesha.

Ayesha: hello..

Pammi: hi ayesha, turn on the television. They are telling something about veer.

Ayesha literally rushes to grab the remote and tunes in..

Reporter: okay.. So, we are here outside the sanjeevani hospital, mumbai. Veer vardhan singh, india's lover boy, is just shifted to sanjeevani from apollo. The reports say he is suffering from flu and typhoid and since mumbai's best doctor is in sanjeevani, he is bought here. Sanjeevani's policies will not let us inside but stay tuned and will will get you know more about favourite actor.

Ayesha: that's it.. Now no one can stop me. Papa, i never asked you to do anything na.. But today, i want to ask you.. Plead you.. Please arrange a chartered flight for me. I am going to mumbai.

Nishant, who listened to her plea, made an arguing smriti quiet and said, we are going to mumbai to see veer vardhan singh and also cleared that, smriti and himself will accompany ayesha.

Smriti: but i have a few cases to tackle. I will come later. You go with your mad daughter now..

Nishant: dont call her mad okay. She is your daughter also. She is our princess. Anything for her.

MUMBAI, 4:00 AM

The driver picked them in the airport and they started to make their way to Mumbai's Ramada but ayesha asked the driver to stop.

Ayesha: papa, you go to the hotel. I am going to sanjeevani directly. Please.

Nishant: okay. But i informed the staff that, you will be coming and no one will stop you.

Ayesha: thanks papa. Driver, drop me in sanjeevai.

Ayesha enters sanjeevani. She will make her way to the general ward. She does not find many people outside, since the hospital rules do not allow family members into the restricted areas. But a nurse stops her all of a sudden.

Nurse: hello madam, aap andar nahi jaa saktey hai.

Ayesha, who is desperate to take a glimpse of veer, gets angry at the nurse's rejection looses control on her temper.

Ayesha: tumhe andaza hai tum kisse baat kar rahe ho ? Do minton mein main tujhe iss hospital se nikal sakti ho.. Samjhi.. Ab mere raastey se hato..

Nurse: dekho madam, hum apne duty nibha rahei. Hain.. Aap aise badtameezi nahi kar saktey. Agar aap yahan se nahin jayenge toh mein security ko bulaoongi.

Ayesha: just shut up..

Even before she comes, the senior doctor rushes and calms down ayesha.

Karthik (senior doctor): ayesha, please calm down. I will take you inside. Nurse, aap jantey hai.. Yeh, ayesha nishant sharma hai.. Bade saab ki beti.. Please aap yahan se jaayiye..

Nurse: i am so sorry mam. Mujhe nahi pata tha..

Ayesha, who realizes what she has done, calms down and mouths a sorry.

Karthik: ayesha, smriti ne phone kiya tha. Stop bein crazy yaar. Let me take you inside. Ek din mein tumne logon ko kitna pareshan kiya hai.. And i am only the attending doctor for your veer.

He chuckles after telling that.

Ayesha: uncle, veer wahan hospital bed par pada hai aur aap khush hai..

Karthik: ayesha, tumhi batao.. You are a doctor too.. Do you cry for every patient you see ?? Just come in to your senses.. Its you who loves veer.. Not me..

Ayesha: uncle, just shut this bakwas and take me to him.

It is a long path inside the hospital to reach the ward. And they make their way inside.

P.S. Karthik is a family friend of sharma's and he is also the classmate of smriti.

Ayesha: uncle, what is veer's case ? Like.. Kya hua ?

Karthik: he was having fever since a week and he was still shooting. He did not care about any of the symptoms. He is having typhoid and due to over stretching and ignoring his health, he fainted last night. He is really weak and is not in his senses too. We are expecting him to come into senses by tomorrow morning. We are also monitoring his fever levels and all.. Lo.. This is the ward he is kept in..

Tears run from ayesha's eyes when she listens to veer's case. It is a fact that she has seen 100 times worst cases than his.. But her love is really unconditional that she can not control.

She holded the handle of the door but her hands shivered to open it. Her eyes red and her body giving the impression of a vegetable. She finally opened the door, and right infront of her eyes was veer.. Her love, the one whom she longed to see, the one whom she only dreamt of, the one who is her life, soul, everything.. There he was, lying pale and un consious, with saline dripping continuously.

The world came to a standstill at that moment. She ran in one go to his bed and sat in the crook of the bed. Her hand trembled but she made a move and held his hand lightly. The small touch of his, gave jitters to her. She felt a sense of belonging. His hand was warm and hot, since he was running high temperatures. He on the other hand, made a light movement as he felt a soft hand over his. Tears are now endless for her. They kept flowing limitlessly, making her vision go blur. She invoulantarily brushed his hair with her fingers, pampering him. She kept staring at him sleeping peacefully for a while and then approached the case file, which was hanged beside. She went through the case and had a few plans in her mind. She decided - she will take care of his every need for today. She will not make him realize that he is in a hospital lying sick.

I love the first part you wrote of it !!! Ayesha's dad Nishant is very sweet to let Ayesha go. Its getting interesting Ayesha and Veer in the same city the last scene is superb !!

Episode 2

She went through the case and had a few plans in her mind. She decided - she will take care of his every need from today. She will not make him realize that he is in a hospital lying sick.

She placed her hand on his forehead to feel the level of temperature. She expected it to be something around 102 approximately. She then looked around in the either directions and promted a nurse. At the same time, karthik also arrives and informs the duty nurses and ward boys that, ayesha will be staying there itself and they need to do whetever she says.

Karthik: okay ayesha.. Whenever you get free, just walk into my cabin. We will discuss about veer's case and methods of treatment.

Ayesha: well, i have already decided. Lets go to your cabin now. I will explain everything.

Karthik: as you say mam..

Ayesha giggles at this and whines,"karthik uncle !!"

KARTHIK'S CABIN:

Ayesha: i have gone through hisncase file. Woh kuch dinon se apna parwa bilkul nahi kar raha tha. The incubation was done a long time ago but since no proper care was taken, his cindition got critical. And he looks pale too. I guess.. Hmm.. First, we will have to find a way to contol his fever.

Karthik: but his body is not in a position to take high dosages of medicine.

Ayesha: i am coming to that only. Let me explain. Let us shift him to a private room from the general ward. I am sure the atmosphere in the general ward will freak him out. Veer hates hospitals.

Karthik: ayesha..

Ayesha: uncle.. Please.. I am not listening to anyone. We will inform his family that, he is being shifted.

Karthik: well, his family members just visited once. And that too, only his sister. His mother, kamini vardhan singh and his father, mr. Vardhan singh are out of the country and it might take some time for them to come. It is his secretary who is attemding all the needs. His sister just comes and goes. Huh.. (he says to himself - such a weird family) anyways, so we are shifting him.. And next what ?

Ayesha looses herself into deep thought about him family but comes back to the point soon.

Ayesha: we will have two ward boys who will be doing a dedicated work for veer. One will be in the morming time and the other should do the night duty. I think continuous sponging would help a lot. We have to find something natural.. Something which can act as a substitute for the antibiotics. ORS is another important thing. And some juices will also add up to our goal. He loves oramge juice. Citrus is good may be some sweetless lemon water. We need to modify everything and should make his diet completely balanced.

Karthik knew ayesha since she was a months baby. She had many close friends but she was never worried for someone to this extent.

Karthik: ayesha, ek baat kahoon ?

Ayesha: ji uncle..

Karthik: kal jab veer yahan par join hua, mein uss keliye bohot sorry feel far raha tha.. Par jab aaj mein tumhe dekh raha hoon, i feel... Mujhe toh aise lagraha hai ki, veer is the most luckiest person in this world.

Ayesha: mein veer se bohot pyaar karti hoon uncle. Woh ek bohot naek aur achcha insaan hai. There might be many people who love him because of his looks and charms.. But i love him for the good human being in him. If anyone understands his real innerself, they would definitely fall in love with him.. Anyways, i am going now. We need to shift him na..

GENERAL WARD:

Ayesha, the new incharge doctor of veer, orders the nurses and the wardboys to shif veer to a private room. She holds veer's hand all the way till they reqched the private room. She is finally left all alone with him. But suddenly, someone opens the door and enters.

Ayesha turns and finds a girl, who is just around her age. She was wearing a simple tee and jeans.

Ayesha: yes..

Avni: hello doctor, i am avni, mr. Veer's secretary.

Ayesha: hi, i am dr. ayesha sharma. I will be dealing with veer's case from now on. We shifted him because, i think he needs some personal care and attention.

Avni: okay doctor. You can do whatever you find right. And i will be in the corridor itself. You can stay in tough with me anytime.

Ayesha: sure. Not to worry. I am here and i will take care of him. He is my responsibility.

Avni: thats really so kind and sweet of you.

Avni leaves. Ayesha finds her sweet and avni like ayesha too. Within no time, the sister enters and asks ayesha if she should start sponging.

Ayesha: ji sister. App saara samaan yahan chod deejiye. Mein sponge kar doongi.

Sister: ji doctor.

Ayesha dips the dry towels in to the cold cologne water and places them on his burining her. As soon as he touches the cold towels, he whines and shivers. But ayesha, with her other hand, catches hold of his hand, giving him some comfort.

She sponges his head, face, hands and feet, until they get colder and waits for a few minutes and checks the temperature. It shows 100. She gets relatively satisfied.

She sits beside him for a while and makes her way to the couch nearby and lies down, facing him. She slowly drifts in to sub concious sleep since she did not sleep for the whole last night. She wakes up with a thud when she realized a sound. It is more like a glass falling down.

She immediately looks at veer. Yes. He is concious now. He was trying to reach for the glass, but since the table was relatively far away, the glass dropped from his hold and landed on the floor.

Ayesha immediately rushes from her couch and sits beside veer. Veer, who looks at her, for the first time, just keeps looking at her. She was holding him by his shoulder and is looking at him. He can feel her gaze penetrating.. As if she is feeling his pain. As if something is hurting or worrying her.

Ayesha: veer, tum theek toh ho ? Agar kuch zaroorat pad gayi toh mujhe awaaz dete..

Veer comes back from his la la land and gives her a confusing look. She then realizes that, by talking to his photo, she clearly lost it and she is talking to him, as a person, assuming he already knew her.

Ayesha: oops i am sorry. Let me introduce myself. I am ayesha.. Ayesha nishant sharma. I am your attending doctor.

Veer: hello doctor..

Ayesha: no formallities. Mere apne mujhe sirf ayesha ya ayeshu ya aish bulate hai..

Her words amused veer a lot. He does not reply anything but just keeps looking at her angelic and baby face. He actually liked her sweet voice too. It was like a melody to his ears and her words held a lot of care, love and apnapan. He looked at her, as she moved towards the counter and got him water in a new glass.

Ayesha: tumhe pyaas lag rahi thi na.. Yeh lo.. Paani pee lo..

Veer: thanks,,

Ayesha: you welcome.. Aur apnon ko thanks bhi nahi kehte..

She gives him a shy smile and turns back looking at his chart. She then sutomatically comes to him and feels his forhead. He closes his eyes as he fells her soft and cold hand again. He did not know why but he, for once, felt all protected and cared. He felt somebody wanted him, cared for him and needed him too. He smiled at that feeling.

Ayesha: veer, i can understand, you are tired and you are having body aches.. But how is if feeling now ? Compared to before ?

Veer: hmm.. Re,, relatively better.

Ayesha: okay.. Tumhara fever bhi thoda control mein hai.. Par veer, i need to give you an injection now, you need vitamins. So.. I k ow you hate injections.. But trust me.. I will not give you any pain..

Veer was amused at her words all over again. She knew a lot about him. He is feeling different.

Ayesha came with an injection and wrapped his shirt upwards. Veer, did not feel like arguing apfor finding a replacement for the injection. He was more than tired to do that. He instantly closed his eyes. As she came closer to him, a few strands of her hair fell on jis shoulders and her scent made him feel like he is in heaven. He closed his eyes tightly when he saw the needle.

He waited for a few seconds and opened his eyes as he felt ayesha move away,

Veer: kya hua ? You did not inject ?

Ayesha: maine bola na,, mein tumhe koi dard mehsooz karne nahi doongi. I injected it.. But the only difference is, you did not feel the pain.

Veer: wow.. You are amazing.

Ayesha smiles and rubs the cotton on the place where she injected and they have an eye lock.

Soon, a sister comes inside. She knew ayesha even before a long time. She once, used to work in delhi. She comes rushing inside. Excitement filled in her,,

Sister: ayeshu bitiya..

Ayesha: sister lovely ?? How are you ?

They hug eachother but since lovely is hefty, ayesha feels breathless for a moment.. She says,"chodiye lovely.. I am getting breathless". Sister lovely leaves ayesha and ayesha adjests herself.

Veer, who witnesses this, giggles at how sister lovely crushed ayesha. It does not go unnoticed by ayesha. She smiles back to herself.

Sister lovely: oh ji.. Aap jab choti thi, hospital mein masti karte hue ghoomti thi aur ab toh aap bohot his responsible aur achche doctor bann gaye..

Ayesha: haan.. Ab no more masti..

Sister Lovely: maine suna tha ki, aao aaj subah 3 baje pohonchi mumbai mein..

Ayesha: ji sister lovely..

Sister lovely's pager rings and she leaves saying good bye to veer and ayesha.

Veer, who witnessed the conversation realizes that, ayesha is not from mumbai.. He asks out of curiosity.

Veer: ayesha, tum... Tum.. Mumbai se nahi ho ??

Ayesha feels uncomfortable at that question..

Veer: agar tum batana nahi chahti ho.. Its okay,,

Ayesha feels that, he needs to know everything. Afterall, she felt that, he has the right to know. But she wanted to wait for more perfect time.

Ayesha: nothing like that veer.. Well, i am from delhi basically. But i am here on a transfer you see. Just on work basis.

Veer: oh.. Im sure you will like mumbai a lot..

Ayesha: not just liking.. I love this place..

She thinks in her mind.. -- afterall, this is my first love's home town.

Ayesha: you want to eat something ??

Veer: bhook lag rahi hai.. But.. I dont know.. Kuch khaane ka mann nahi kar raha hai. Tongue is very sore.

Veer listens to her words and gets all sad. Ayesha bites her tongue and realizes she needs to make a damage control.

Ayesha: why are you sad ?? Tumhare mom dad busy hai.. But i am here na.. Fikar ki koi baat nahi.. Tumhare saare bimaari ko hum saath mein milkar chutti kardenge. Okay..

Veer smiles at her childish comment.

Ayesha: toh bolo.. Kya khana hai tumhe ?

He makes an anything face as a response..

Ayesha: well, how about.. Sandwich ?? I guess you like them !!

Veer: okay..

Ayesha calls the nurse and asks her to call the driver. She informs the driver to go to ramada and get some sandwiches. She also tells the recipe.

Veer: mujhe laga tha ki, hospital mein bahar ka khana allowed nahi hai..

Ayesha: dont worry.. Yahan mein joh kehti hoon, yeh log wahin karenge. So, just chill. Ek secret bataoon ? I am a doctor.. But i always feel that, hospital food sucks..

Veer: 100% they have been killing me since a couple of days.

Ayesha: dont worry. I am here now.

Veer: tum sab ke saath kitne aasaani se rishta bana leti ho !! How is it possible for you ? You are really great !!

Ayesha: hmm.. Well, sab ke saath nahi.. Anyways, ab mujhe jaana hai. I will be back in a while. Until then, i will send a ward boy, who will attend your needs. And, take this intercom connection. You can buzz me whenever you want. Okay.

Veer: okay. Bye.

Ayesha: bye..

Ayesha leaves and veer lands into deep thoughts. Since he got admitted in the hospital, no doctor was like that with him. She was something different. She dad some enchanting charm. She was unique.

Till today, every stranger considered him as a superstar and treated him that way.. But she did not even care what his status is.. She did not even let him realize that, he is a celeb personality. He actually loved that fact. He smiled to himself recalling the freaking face ayesha made when sister lovely literally crushed her.

He stopped smiling when he saw his secretary coming inside.

Avni: good morning sir.. How are you now ?

Veer: much better.

Avni: ayesha ji ek bohot hi sweet doctor hai sir. I am sure you will get fine soon.

Veer: yeah.

Avni: no doubt you are feeling better. She has been sponging you since 4 in the morning.. For continuous 6 hours. She kept on monitoring..

Veer felt glad and happy when he heard about that. Ofcourse, surprised too. Avni and veer kept discussing about various things. Avni tells him that, kamini and vardhan called her every 5 or 6 hours to ask about his condition. She also conveys him that they said they will come soon. Veer feels glum at that instant but gets a smile back when he sees ayesha. She was wearing a pastel or baby pink and white striped shirt and white trouser. She was having bright flowers in her hand and also a sandwich box.

He gets lost looking at her.

Ayesha: hi avni.. Hi veer..

Avni: hi ayesha.. You are looking pretty.

Ayesha: thanks.

Ayesha moves to the flowervase, which is just beside the window and places them neatly. She then comes to veer and serves him sandwiches.

Avni excuses and leaves. She gets a stool and sits beside him, holding a glass of water, watching him eat.

Veer: wow.. This is tasty..

Ayesha: i know..

Veer: did you have your breakfast ?

Ayesha: yup.. She realizes that, veer's hand, where they were giving him saline is troubling him.. She takes the plate from him and gives him small bites.

Veer: its okay ayesha. Mein kha loonga.

Ayesha: nahi.. I told you na.. No formallities.. I know your hand is aching because of saline drip. But what to do.. We can not remove it at the moment. But one thing i hate the most is.. Tum toh mujhe friend jaisa bilkul bhi treat nahi karte.. Itne formallities maintain kyun karte ho..

Veer: nahi.. Aisa koi baat nahi hai.. (he just knew her since a few hours and ordering or requesting her felt odd to him and she found what he is feeling)

He gave her a sly smile and she started giving him bites.
