Normal Updates, another point of view

Hi,

I understand that a topic of this was made already and that it came off as very rude. I don't want people to misunderstand this request in the same way.

I don't have the time nor energy to watch all the shows regularly, but I do try to read the updates so I know what's going on. I've tried reading the updates here but it's too difficult since I can't seem to follow all the analogies and the funny nicknames for all the characters. It's already hard for me to keep the characters straight when I'm new to the show.

I've seen in other forums that updates even write short bullet points for a recap/summary. That's extremely helpful. I'd like to suggest that if there is time for the updater. It should take only 5 min. But if there is more time, it would be helpful and quite enjoyable to read an update that's not always poking fun at the storyline/serial.

I admire whoever is currently writing the updates. To tell you the truth, it's hilarious and the analogies are brilliant sometimes. In fact I think that's how I'd describe them (if i was capable) to other people because I find serials ridiculous myself a lot of times. At the same time, sometimes the shows are just a form of escape (like a movie), and you'd like to watch it like what it's supposed to be, a drama not a comedy.

So basically, the request is that if someone has the time to do a regular update, it would be greatly appreciated. (Oh and it could attract new ppl to watch the show bc regular updates are more accessible, and believe me, I've gotten into shows many times just frm the updates).

Hope that this can be taken as a genuine request.

it is okay. we can understand your point of view but there are many regular readers for that and many of them like to have the update in that way only including me. if you follow it regularly, it would be great fun.

if you want it under the bullet points as a basic summary, we have that thread also on this forum.

Hi I appreciate that you framed your concern in such a tactful manner. We all enjoy the updates very much here.Its very entertaining and creative.But let me make one thing very very clear.We really don't want it to be changed for anyone.I hope you understand our point of view too.

As for your request of a concise update, please refer to the precap thread.Everyday immediately after the show is aired it is updated in short,bullet points in the precap update thread.

thank you for being very kind with your responses. there was great potential for people to erupt on me in the same way as...well, let's not go there.
