Part 1 ? Flames Aburning
As Nihaal finishes his chat with Santa, Sridhar & Pammi come to get Nihaal for cake cutting. Veer changes back. Ayeesha asks him what Nihaal asked for, but Nihaal won't cut his cake with Chachu n Maasi, so Veer doesn't answer her. Nihaal says his Xmas will be incomplete without Maasi n Veer. Veer joins him in cake-cutting but, Nihaal looks for Maasi until she joins her hand iwht Veers to cut the cake.
Jeeju thinks VeeSha not battling is problematic for him ? so he seeks solace in Mother-in-law (MIL). At home he complements Veer, but suggests Ayeesha will bhatkofy Veer. Mummyji falls for his bakwaas and like kakeyi says she won't let Ayeesha reach any settlement with Veer ? a dream that will never happen (wait n watch lady). Jeeju is thrilled his jingari has taken fire in Sasuma.
Outside Ayeesha's place Veer is carrying Nihaal who is asleep. He comments to Ayeesha that he is sleeping so sweetly?and Ayeesha tells him how easygoing Nihaal is. Her face lights up as she talks about her favourite guy (read Nihaal). She apologies to Sir for her behaviour at the party. Veer says no thank you for coming. He tells Ayeesha that Nihaal asked Santa that his chaachu n maasi never fight. He asks her to think about the fact that the judge was right in asking them to set aside their differences and focus on Nihaal. He asks her to think about Nihaal's khushi in court before taking any steps. He gives her Nihaal and she accidentally holds his hand. As he leaves, she thinks about what he said and the fact she has never seen Nihaal happier then with them together.
Meena Kumari? oops Kamini Daadi at home is pacing while Jeeju watches n tells her to phonily go to bed. She refuses to do so without talking to Veer.
Part 2 ? Battle btwn War n Peace!
Veer is surprised that they (Jeeju n Kamini) r up. He tries to talk to Kamini about out-of-court settlement becoz Nihaal was so happy today. Kamini flatly refuses ? she does not want to split Nihaal with Ayeesha and sets down the rule. Veer stalks off at her edict. His bossom buddy (read Jackal Jeeju) follows him out of the living room.
Mean Mommy (read Kamini) thinks to herself that Veer does not see the khatarnak reality behind Ayeesha's maasoom chehra (demented daadi thinks she's a mindreader). She calls Mrinali to ensure that no settlement happen in court the next day.
In court, Paami is wit Ayeesha and Veer smiles while thinking of moments spent with Nihaal particularly Nihaal's wish. Jeeju observes and uskao Mommyji n Mrinali? Mrinali tells him to chill n watch. Veer thinks to himself that Nihaal is Ayeesha's life and if she wants settlement then he will even go against his mom (wat exactly was in that cake? Extra strength love potion?). But, he leaves the first step to her and she does not step forward?
The court convenes and the judge asks her for her decision. As Asyeesha steps forward, Veer hopes she will say she is ready to come to a mutual understanding. Ayeesha pours cold water on his wish and says she does not want settlement of any sort (I suspect Mrinali's hand in thissss).
Part 3 ? Mrinali's Mean Magic
Mrinali says Vardhaans also want to fight this case. So, case begins. Mrinali begins with Nihaal's school's watchman who says he remembers Nihaal becoz Ayeesha always picks him up late as if he is an orphan. Pammi is then called as a witness. Mrinali gets her to admit that Nihaal used to live in staff quarters with Ayeesha n Pammi by keeping Nihaal hidden from everyone. Mrinali says he used to be kept like a prisoner.
Ayeesha gets all teary-eyed hearing this. Demented Daadi by the way today looks kinda possessed.
