Case 1: the divorce
Neil:
Past play-boy reputation
Ragini caught him lying about being in a meeting (he was in a room with a female friend)
Ragini:
A bit too hot tempered - could have tried to stay calm while explaining exactly what was on her mind instead of accusing in an offensive manner
Overall:
Neil just had to get a DNA test done and problem solved but he was too egoistic and decided it was better to ruin his life and the life of his children because his wife didn't trust him
If you are caught in a room with a female friend when you're supposed to be in a "meeting" and then come home a few days later with a child, any human being in the world will doubt your sincerity - IT IS NATURAL especially given his past reputation (Ragini's emotions actually have a biological background here!)
Case 2: Arav
SRagini is strict but that kept Arav out of trouble for many years - she knows her son better than the father and has rules placed accordingly (didn't give him as much freedom because she knew what mess he'd get into)
o But perhaps she needed to give him a bit of breathing space
However, once Arav got into his mess with the shooting, the girl dying, etc. Instead of fighting with her husband, Ragini should have thought about her son
The fact that Neil kept it a secret from Ragini until the situation blew up is a negative there shouldn't be such secrets between partners (secrets always lead to misunderstanding and distrust)
o If you keep such serious secrets from others, don't blindly expect them to show trust in you
Case 3: Pam and RK
Ragini is too interfering in other people's business
However, in her defence, she didn't think Pam was planning to get married anytime in the near future and probably didn't want RK to ruin his life waiting for her - but yeah, shouldn't have interfered
Case 4: Nishi is a mess
Whose fault is it?
Ragini: apparently Ragini is a messed up mom and its because of the values she passed down to her daughter (isn't that a bit extreme?)
o OR: Nishi was too young for marriage as Ragini suggested which is probably one of the reasons (besides a career) that Ragini believed Nishi wasn't ready for marriage
Neil: He didn't want Ragini to ruin his daughter's life - wanted to let Nishi have freedom, happiness, etc
o Was thinking from the point of view of a doting father
o However, he should consider his spouse's reasons for refusal more seriously instead of always seeing her in a negative light
ITNA KARO NA MUJHA PYAAR OVERALL
I initially liked Neil and thought Ragini was at fault most of the time
However, then I started believing they are both equally at fault for different reasons - its just that Ragini's point of view is not properly understood
But, due to the immense hatred towards Ragini, by everyone (almost), she has stared to believe that she is the one who has to change completely
o That is totally wrong
o She has faults, but has many positive points too (which no one is willing to see), and EVERYTHING is not her fault
