The episode begins with Ranbir flirting with a girl when Agham comes to pull him away to the function where he was being awaited , Neil is at the function/ press conference , announcing new collaborations, he introduces Ranbir , his eldest son , the upcoming doctor/ partner , Suhaani his daughter who was studying medical and youngest son Agham who might be useful as a laughter therapist at the hospital . When a journalist asks him about any other children ,he says he had just three , The reporters ask about his wife , he hesitates , right that moment his mobile rings with ragini's call .
In India Nishi is delirious and remembering her dad Ragini is advised by Dr Aman to call Neil for Nishi's sake , Ragini calls Dr Neil and he is in the middle of his conference when , He does not pick up ragini's call, ragini is annoyed when Neil does not take the call .
The reporters try to know more about his wife, his love , but Neil rudely declines to reply.
In India ragini gets annoyed with Neil and frustrated at the rejection , she is sad and sits besides nishi in tears , She tells a comatose nishi that she failed to love her children , She was a failure , she apologizes to nishi , she assures her that every thing would happen just as she desired after she recovered .

Ragini laments that rishtey with their dad had broken beyond repair
Right then Neil calls ragini , she informs him that his daughter was in very bad condition and needed her dad , this is why she had called him earlier
Neil is shocked .
RK is chatting with Pam on web cam and flirting with her. Both are regretful about moving on , pam says he was engaged to Devika. RK says he did not love devika he could break off with devika if pam so desired , he was just tired of pam's khamoshi. Pam gets upset and cuts off the line .
Neira talk about nishi's suicide attempt. About her strained rishtaa with jignesh, about nishi's depression, nishi wanted her dad , then ragini says she had called him to save the life of her daughter,she could do anything for her, but she would understand if he did not come.
This Neil gets annoyed to hear this . How could she expect him not to react on hearing about nishi ?? that she believed he was not bothered about Nishi?? That only ragini was a good mom and neil was a horrible dad ?? Neira have an argument and ego clashes and they cut the line after ragini says she should never have called him Neil too angrily retorts she better remember this in future
Ranbir comes to Neil reminding him about his pending signatures in the contract deals , Neil is in two minds , whether to go to ragini and nishi or for signing the deal papers
In India ragini informs Dr Aman that she was unable to handle the delicate mental condition of nishi
Karan and dimpy have come to ragini's hospital with
Lots of food , a variety of cuisines from their hotel a free offer to every one As a means of advertising their hotel dimpy is annoyed with his actions
Aman offers to feed Ragini but she declines his offer , he insists she eat or she will get acidity. He convinces her. And she gives in Dimpy smiles
Suhaani tells agham that their dad was going out of the country , they too could plan an outing / trip with kartik and return before their dad got back
Pam thinks Neil he was going out of station , so were the kids , she too plans to go to India to meet RK and return before Neil and the kids

At the hospital Dr Aman tells Karan that if Neil had arrived in India why did he not meet Ragini ??
Karan and dimpy say that Neira rishtaa was so strained and they did not want them to have another confrontation in presence of Nishi , because that would give her more depression ,that Neil had come to meet Nishi was was meeting her in her bedside Dr Aman says now that Neil was with nishi , how would they stop ragini from meeting him as she was about to arrive any moment , and would go to meet Nishi the first thing , aman, dimpy, karan get worked up over it .
