NB and her team can only move the story forward by marriages/ multiple marriages and engagements and multiple engagements. Using vamps etc.
She is unable to handle a mature love story leads with grown up kids.
What she would do in any other serial with young leads she is doing that creating a triangle between Shilpa Aarav and Ranbir.
They could show Nishi facing some problems and bring NR close on that how they advise Nishi and help and guide her, thinking about their old times together.
Its just that the show needs to move forward and sensibly how long does NB expect viewers to take in such things and still keep watching.
