Welcome to the forums firstly :)
Secondly anything can happen here, Tadaa! Just like magic!
Though i am a little skeptical about the first point but the second point looks good, why did ragini left her other two kids so easily? Or maybe this is not a serious thing as per ekta and she didn't care to show any reason behind it.
Ragini's side of story is still pending, and i am eager to see that.

in the flashback, doesn't neil say the divorce was his decision. it was better to divorce and live separately than married and live separately.
but yes, regs story is still left.

personally i don't think pam ever liked her. just put up for her brother and by separating, she showed pam what she initially believed about her hence all the anger...

Agree, I don't think Pam was the vamp that separated them, those honors belong to Nachiket Khanna alone according to the FBs.

I don't think Ragini's FB will add anything except clear up her name about the phone call which is immaterial to the story line anyway. A husband leaving his family due to an unattended or ignored phone call is a pathetic excuse.

the separation/divorce is more because of their ego. i changed and you didn't believe me vs you believed everyone against me. the missed call was just a spark ...i think

but yes, in neil's story, only rags is at fault but now in rags story, neil will be at fault. its their pov where they only see one sided.

i don't even think that phone call is that big of an issue that needs to be cleared up. The lady was at the hospital...she could have got anybody call dr khanna on his cell, but she needed to call home and talk to the wife???

If anything khanna is responsible for her death...he should have told rupali that my wife is not the biggest fan of you, so don't call my home phone.

Yes, but if the spark was the unattended phone call, and enough for him to leave her, his love was never that big a deal anyway. "I changed for you so you need to believe me" is a poor cop out, you changed cause you loved her and because you love her, you will want to do anything and everything to hang on to her and the life you have created with her. Obviously this didn't happen, unfortunately, from what can be gleaned from the FBs.

So totally agree with you. What doctor depends on his wife to save his patient's life? His wife has 4 small children to attend to, she is not going to be playing nurse maid/telephone operator to his ex girl friend especially when he has lied to her and kept her in the dark. What a sorry excuse! He is using Ragini as a scapegoat for Rupali's death. Is he going to blame Ragini for his going after Suhani (as he didn't want R to meet S) and that is why he refused to do the surgery on that kidnapper's wife? So R is responsible for the wife's death, Suhani's kidnapping, and the kidnapper's suicide if we apply Nachiket's messed up logic.

I think he was not in the right frame of mind to do the operation of the Kidnapper's Wife since he had not news about Suhaani's whereabouts. But he could have informed the Hospital Management and they could have extended some help, in form of getting another Senior Dr on the case or waiving a part of the bill. Something like that.
What if N had done the operation then and botched up?

He has not been right in the past, but this one, I think we should give him the benefit of doubt.
