Ak must have realized that the character Pam is not negative...she just a mentally disturb character...so according to her understanding AK is portraying it. Her expressions n supersonic tone is exactly like mentally retarded person.

... And now Ranbir...he is mentally ill person. In future episodes, we may see Ranbir meeting accident...Ragini will save him..and in his semi-conscious state he will witness how much Ragini cares for him and then he will realize his mother's love. Till then we have to be patient.
