Who is the daddy?

If Neil wasn't the father of Suhaani, then y did the divorce happen ?? He must have atleast shared with Ragini that he had not fathered Suhani.. He will be able to calm down Ragini.. Something else happened.. Becoz Neil blames Ragini for the divorce, remember ??

What if Neil was on duty when Suhani was delivered and Ragini distracted him resulting in him not able to save Rupali?

I never believed either that Suhani was Ragini's kid. It never made any logical sense and Ekta tends to lose logic in her shows when she has to stretch the show. Suhani is central to the show - she was never a possibility of being Neil and Ragini's kid. However, I do not think that Neil is the father.

There is one thing that worries me though - is Suhani really 16? Pam told Suhani that she was accepted at Brown university - would not that make her 18? She anyways seems much more mature than Agam, Aarav and Nishi. If this story holds - then Rupali and Suhani entered Neil's life after he was married to Ragini. Maybe an ex-flame who needed Neil's help because she was going through something. Ragini however misinterpreted it and believed Suhani to be a love child and Neil was too tired of explaining the situation to his wife - that he decided to leave.

Said this before, me thinks Suhani is Pam's love child with an ex. But made to believe as being the result of an affair between RUpali & Neil.

Also Suhani is told of Ragini being her mom & Neil her Papa, in order to avoid questions on her real parents and out of wedlock kinda thing.

This way Suhani is not hurt and left to think she is a product of an unwanted relationship.

Who knows I wont be surprised if NB comes up with a theory of a sexual assault on Pam and Suhani being the result of it.

RUpali is just a pawn being used by Neil & Pam as a cover since the woman too might have been all over Neil just like the rest of women we see around The Doctor Neil.

Just my theory could be wrong here

Even if Suhani is 16, the same thing holds. But I am not taking out the 'Masoom' movie angle from here. Suhani could be a love child who Neil did not know about and when he did - he confessed and Ragini chose to divorce him. It could go either ways.

Yes, (in bold) could be the mystery behind Suhani, a love child he conceived prior to his marriage and did not know about. But that would make Suhani the oldest of Neil's children.

Here is another possible scenario. Raagini while pregnant with Suhaani got mad at Neil for whatever reason and causes accident and loses the baby or thinks she lost it. So Neil holds her responsible for the death of a baby caused by Raagini. However, Baby is rescued somehow and was kept as a secret from Raagini while Raagini thinks that the baby is illegal child of Neil and becomes responsible for the divorce.
