Something which is unknown to us and that is why her behavior weird and she hates LOVE. Sometimes she is sweet, sometimes she is really irritating. She was so sweet with Nishi, I think she has no issue with any of the kids, it's just she not able to digest something which is related to Ragini.

It does look like she was not always like this... and while the abrasive side of the personality was there and she seems to have had the class distinction also pretty strongly ingrained ... she seems to have had soem inflection point where things went south... but ... I dont know what justifies the kind of stuff she does... like trying to break/sprain ragini's leg, insulting her and her family and friends at every opportunity... injecting and enocuraging so much poison in Ranbir... I mean the way she sided with him durign the accident and most recently how she encourages him to break his brother's heart in order to make ragini suffer!!.. I think those are unpardonable from a mother figure... she should have some betetr sense to not drag the kids into her revenge saga!!! while ofcourse i did feel sad for a moment when her eyes filled up and I wanted to know what was her story... and I hope there is a good story... I still think what she is doing now is not justified at all...
