Pam overheard Aman's and Ragini's conversation. When Ragini called Aman aside, Pam was seen walking back as well when Aman took his place with Nivedita for the dance. The pre-cap I am sure is based on her certainty that the two are not married. Pam will be in a rush to get Neil married before Neil realizes the truth about the fake marriage.
As for Neil, he is so blinded by jealousy, he cannot see what is underfoot and what evil plans his sister dear and fiancee of sorts are brewing together😡
