She was like kabab main haddi.. Even the phone call, she melted when she heard his voice instead of the confused Dr Aman.

Pallavi tweeted to Ashwin aka Karan that all they have is haddis around her n Ronit aka Nachiket that theres no kabab left. Aww!

Making a mental note of what he had discovered, he rushed out of the bathroom now.. he could not live in the world of the new Ragini anymore.. this person was not the Ragini who loved him and who he adored.. it felt like she had cheated him.. cheated herself by giving in to these medicines and their support.. like she was incomplete without these appendages.. where was the confident Ragini who had swept him off his feet? The Ragini who wanted to change the world, who wanted him to conquer it.. the Ragini who saved him from himself so many times.. his sun and moon.. she seemed so distant now, so alien..

Meanwhile, Ragini moved to settle down on her chair only to feel his coat on it. She stood up instantly, irritated. Some things never changed.. she looked at his coat angrily.. it just slumped there.. like Nachiket would.. his old habit of throwing his coat wherever he wanted.. the days when he would come back from the hospital, his coat draped over an arm.. scooping her in his arms as she waited to tell him how much she loved him.. the honeymoon period of their marriage.. later they graduated to hugs instead of constantly telling each other how much they loved each other.. they didn't need to tell each other in words anymore.. they knew.. and then he'd go to his room, leaving a trail of his clothes and shoes behind him.. exasperating her.. he could be such a child!

Coming back to the present, she held his coat in her arms and for some reason stayed in that position.. her hand roaming on the fabric, feeling it.. feeling the satin lining of the sleeves.. she sighed inwardly.. Nachiket always had excellent taste in clothes.. she used to marvel at his choice of clothes and the shopping he did, both for himself and the gorgeous dresses he got her.. there were so many mornings where she'd sleepily look at him getting dressed.. he'd joke and ask her to look away.. telling her he felt like some model who was being inspected.. she smiled and looked at him anyway.. he was beautiful..

Moving her hands on the coat now, she missed having a person to hug at that particular moment. Her fingers lingering on the coat just a minute longer, she carefully folded the suit (OCD) and placed it on the sofa.. waiting for him to come so they could start dinner. She didn't know why she was waiting actually.. she could start dinner anyway! But wait she did..
