first of all neil to apologise to rags and say he failed as a dad. after all he has blamed her of upbringing of her children. also she was right to get ranbir arrested. yesterday he loved to defeat rags (when shilpa took the blame on herself), today it's his turn to be defeated etc.then it will make rags in parr with him??!!!!
