Pam may be partially responsible for the separation. But I believe Nivedita's sister and Suhani is the most likely reason behind the divorce. I think Suhani is Nivedita sister's daughter, but may not be Neil's kid. I get the feeling that Pam was also influenced by Nivedita's sister (probably a gold digger and manipulative) as she is being misguided by nivedita today.

if suhani is roopali's daughter...nivedita should have known abt suhani's existence...since she is the real aunt to suhani...she has all rights on suhani...why is pam-neil hiding suhani from nivedita...don't she has the rights to know abt her niece who is staying with neil in US...since the time she came...she did mention abt her sister who had passed away but did not mention abt any kid...or neither she has asked for suhani

there is something more deep in suhani's mystery

people like pam can't shower love and respect to her brother's own kids (nishi-aarav)...it surprising to see pam showering love to a adopted kid...pam possessiveness for suhani says a different story altogether...she can't be extra possessive for a adopted kid...whom is no threat to be snatch away by ragini...whether suhani is adopted or reason for NR divorce...why hide the kid from ragini...whatever the reason ragini knows how to behave and she knows how to maintain distance...she will know that suhani doesn't know anything...so she won't disclose the fact...why hide suhani from ragini...call her back to india let suhani-ragini meet...no matter what relationship they share

if suhani is adopted or roopali's daughter...the washroom scene and connection b/w ragini-suhani doesn't make sense

Yes I think she is a big part in their divorce, but I don't think that she is the only factor. I think there are multiple factors that led to the divorce...what/who they are remains to be seen.
