Same thing happened in Pavitra Rishta (PR) where Manav leaves Archana and takes their twin girls and goes to Canada for 18 yrs! That was because Archana's firstborn son Soham got kidnapped by her own sister and Manav blamed her for that.

Pam kidnapped Suhani and later produced her to Neil only, saying Rags deliberately lost her as she didnt want that baby. Of course Neil would believe Pam as all Ekta hero-heroines believe other people but never ask their spouse what really happened.

Ekta is suffering from PR hangover...even the name of this show Itna Karo na mujhey Pyar is taken from the song Saathiya Yeh tuney kya kiya...which was used in PR as Archana Manav's theme song.

That supposed baby bump might be just pregnancy fat after giving birth to twins. Post delivery tummy doesnt go down that easily especially after having twins.
