I tots loved this scene it made the episode for me!
We are all brought up to know that a mother has supreme right over her kids and she shows it also, especially the ones who are fortunate to grow up with moms. She will tell us all the time I am saying this becos I am your mother, so for us we are on auto thinking when it' comes to mothers right over us
But Agam is a step above that- he knew his mother has a right over him even tho he never grew up with her. What a beautiful way to show a child's deep connect with his mom. Without living without seeing he felt the connect he understood that authority
Hats off to this scene
Ps -- on a seperate note -- don't know where else to post and don't want to spoil the beautiful post but hated the way ragin tells Aman to be her actor husband I mean come on the least she could have done is tell him the truth - Kaunse duniya ka logic mei a mother of 4 will tell a man who she has just rejected to act as her husband that too giving a lie as the premise of the situation!!!'
Just when you thought Ekta cvs can do something different they remind us ---- ummm pls umeed mut rakho!!
Completely agree! In today's episode, this easily took the cake for me, personally.
And what you said about Agam is so true, so true. It goes to show how mature he is at that age, and just that connection that he recognizes, that he doesn't hesitate to accept whole-heartedly made this entire episode. I know he was excited about meeting his mother and his siblings, but a part of me was also wondering how it would go down, in the sense that once he actually sees her, would he shy away, would something else happen. But I feel like one of the main reasons he accepted this connection, this authority instantly, was because of what happened the day before. I think that showed him instinctively, that is somewhere in his mind, that this woman didn't hesitate to step up and help him, and her nature made her trustworthy, someone to respect if that makes sense, and that's why he's able to accept her so quickly in the role of a mother, someone with that haq, etc.
And LOL I was going to add something along the same lines about Ragini telling Dr. Aman to play her husband, but I was just like the post is getting too long and felt like I was rambling already 😆
But yes! It felt odd to me that she would tell someone to play the part of her husband just for this, and definitely seems unreal. I don't see anyone doing that for real, but it is a TV show and everything has to be taken with a pinch of salt. But, this does go to show exactly how she doesn't want Neil to look down on her, to mock her, think she can't get a husband. I felt like she was going to correct him in the other day's episode, but what he said made her spin around and tell him that she is married. She doesn't lose her sense of reality, I think, just she doesn't want to be looked down on by Neil, she doesn't want him to think badly of her, if that makes sense.
