I am waiting to see Ragini-Ranbir face to face.

And as far as Nel and Ranbir relationship I think there's more than meets the eye. Lets wait for future episodes.

I am still very confused...suhani is definitely the mystery kid...
and it can go either 2 ways...

1) suhani being adopted
2) suhani being real daughter of NR but clueless to ragini due to plotting of pam

the 4 kids is already confirmed...but the 5th one is the mystery and twist...and it can go in 2 ways

1) suhani being adopted and the reason of NR separation
2) suhani being the real daughter of NR but unknown to ragini
