They have so many kids maybe she forgot she has another daughter or maybe she got confused with pam's son and her daughter. He is a famous doctor and never heard of family planning.

but in todays epi it was shown tht ragini was saving money for agam and rajbir ... so its means suhani is not her daugther

Even I thought for a while that ranbir is pams son but then They showed that ragini is saving for agam & ranbir and not suhani so then suhani isn't her daughter?? But at the starting pam said that she looks like her mom something.. God its so confusing

pam takes them as her kids.. thats y they call her mom... but ragini n her mum only mentioned agham and ranveer as her kids.. so the only thing i can think of is that suhani is not ragni n neels kid..and she must be the reason of their divorce. .
