how did nani knew abt neil's whereabouts?

this thought came into my mind...how did nani knew abt neil's whereabouts...nishi-aarav have never seen their father...ragini has cut off ties with neil after divorce and lost contact with him along with her other 2 kids whom stays with neil...though she still has feelings for neil...but when there is talk abt him...thoughts abt him...she gets angry and thinks abt what happened b/w them 15 yrs ago...so neil regarding talk doesn't happens much in patel's house...how did nani knew that neil lives in USA...and he is top cardiologist surgeon of USA...and the way she describes abt neil to nishi...arav...jignesh...sunny thayee...it seems...she is very fond of him and loves him like a son...what do you think guys...how did she know abt neil's whereabouts...does she has contact with neil w/o ragini knowing abt it...and neil though he has break ties with ragini...but keep contact with nani to know how his other 2 kids doing in their lives...his care and concern as a father...

maybe he's still in touch with nani to know abt his kidzzz...the way nani described neil I don't think neil cheated. maybe someone created misunderstandings between neil and ragini..

It is still acceptable that Nani knew where Neil lives as the latter might have left for USA soon after his divorce, or he might have mentioned that he's going to settle there etc. But Neil must have taken years to settle as the 'top cardiologist'. But I don't think that she's connected to him, this is just another blooper. 😆

And yes, Nani is so fond of Neil.

I think secretly Nani keeps in touch with him..
