Hi everyone!
I just decided to jot down the points of yesterday's episode that touched me...
* The first monologue of Ragini about 'dil'... Truly out of d world type... Every word was just sooo true to the core!!! Her perception of the thing was so crisp n crystal clear... Just loved it!!
* Nishi : Even though she reacted...she actually loves her mom...youngsters do not soo easily get over what they desire... But she did it..her temporarily hazed eyes quite quickly regained clarity... Loved it again!!!
* The Boss: Aah! I hv looved this man since his Vineet Raizada days... Loved his each n every word!
* baa: awww! I loved the alzhimer's waali baa!!! Sooo cute...!
* Her last cry: ophh! Soo heart rending! She felt defeated! She felt she had lost the challenge that her children wud never ever remember their father..never ever miss him! She felt lost!
In all...an awesome beginning!
What say guys????
Does Nishi actually "love" her mom ? Because by God Nishi said such hurtful things to Ragini when Ragine drove her boyfriend's parents away with her "dowry demand".
What kind of kid is Nishi to not understand that her mom had some serious issues with her Dad?
What kind of kid is this who tries to get married that too into such a stupid idiotic family and a nnny boyfriend before graduating . She "promises" her mom she will "continue" her studies even after her marriage.
and gets angry with her mom when her mom says she wants to relax or go on a holiday or go on a trip round the world.
What is wrong with a mom a single mom saying that when she has spent all her earnings on her kid putting her in the best school and making her study medicine?
That too when the mom herself had struggled all her life with a broken marriage behind her?
Where was the need to get married in such a hurry before even finishing her studies? Was the kid not realizing the value of her education and how lucky she is to have gotten that chance when there are so many kids who do not get the chance?
May be Ragini did not tell the kid the hurt she had suffered. But that is not an excuse for the kid to say rude things to her mom. Does she really love her mom?
We in India we do not realize that our parents are humans too especially the mothers with their own expectations and wishes in life.
A woman is not just a mother but a human too. and a girl child that too in this day and age does not realize that?
And Ragini's husband moves on in life. marries again or lives with another woman (from the promo) (just now I saw it was his sister? okaay. somehow a man living for so long abroad is all by himself? even with his sisters? really? )but she Ragini lives alone .
The kid expects mother to live alone after papa left but does not expect papa to live alone. and when angry takes it out on mom for living alone and tells her that she "deserves" to live alone and "that is why" papa left her.
There is nothing more hurtful than saying that to a woman from a broken marriage.
kudos to Ragini on the way she dealt with the prospective "in laws" and her expressions when Nishi lashed out at her. Wonderful.
They say talaaq pati patni ka hota hai maa baap ka nahi. true.
But a woman first is a patni and then a mom. and papa has some promises to keep to mama as a pati to his patni. Should not kids realize that?
