See, puri team hogi to aisa fix to nahi rehta ki kaun kya kaam karta hai. Jisko jo aata hai uss hisab se divide karlete hai... and also kab kaun free rahega vo dekhke. sab guide karte hai ek dusre ko and discuss bhi karte hai saath me.

Overall, kaam me ye sab hota hai -

1. Thread making - which includes Thinking of Title, Writing the main post/s. Isme appropriate images, page breaks and links add karni hogi, plus edit properly to add colors and basically make it attractive to look at.
2. Making Banners for thread and Winner's Siggies and Badges
3. Deciding rules for games and contests
4. For game - prepare questions / hints / clues. For example, New Year wali games main dekha ho to yaad hoga, Raji had hosted an FF game to usko popular FFs dhundke ke short blurbs likhne the, Subha ne Caption game ke liye appropriate scenes yaad karke uske screenshot slekar thoda edit bhi kiya and Bhavna ne Bollywood movies ke names ke Emoji, scenes, etc sab questions prepare kiye the, Truth and Dare ke questions bhi banaye hum sabne milke. Similarly, kaam hota hai.. depending on which game it is.
5. For contest - verify that participants have followed the rules and any guidelines like word limit or size ratio if mentioned. Than make sure that sab ki entries sahi se include ki hai.. so that no one gets left out when we make the Voting thread. Voting ke liye rules decide karne padte hai firse... and eventually count the Votes.

Ye mene bas main main bataya.. actually karte karte kuch na kuch aata bhi rehta hai chota mota. But of course, sab saath me hote hai so har kaam tumhe nahi karna hoga. For example.. Banners and Siggies editing ka kaam usually Bhavna aur main sambhal lete hai. We just ask for opinions on pics.. baaki bana lete hai sabke liye.

Aise hi.. writing and rules decide karne me Raji kaafi help karti hai. Overall, post editing ke liye to sab ek dusre ko help karte rehte hai... bcz we keep forgetting something or the other 😆.

Currently, new organizer ko hum contests ka kaam to nahi denge... bcz usme bohot dhyan rakhna hota hai sab kuch. Games ke questions banane ka hi aayega mostly. But don't worry.. usme bhi hum aise divide karte hai ki jisko jo pasand ho vo game ka hi dete hai.. taaki unko idea bhi rahe and maza bhi aaye questions banane me and host karne me...

Baaki general discussion din bhar chalu rehta hai.. game ka naam kya rakhe? Aisi simple chize bhi hum discuss karte hai 😆. So kuch bhi akele nahi karna padega.. you can always message and ask.. koi na koi rehta hi hai vaha group me... hum sab frequently mail check karne wale log hai.

Do you remember that scene when Khushi has gone back to her home in Laxminagar during end of contract marriage and Arnav usko ghar se bahar lock kardeta hai.

Khushi paani bhar ke aa rahi hoti hai.. and uske haath se slip ho jata to pani ke chitte udte hai uspe.

So, in that scene Arnav wipes the water from Khushi's neck... and she gets shy / flustered.

Kisi ne iss scene ke pic pe edit karke aisa kuch likha tha.. This is Why Khushi needs to protect her neck with a Dupatta 😆 😆.
