Hello forumwaasis,
Quick question, back then during 2011-12 and couple of years then, Arshi stories used to dominate IF world.
Some of the memorable stories i have read and what I loved the most about is -
1. Making Khushi Mine 1 & 2 by AnamikaGK
Clean and innovative narrative, emotions well explained and vivid description, No wonder it was highest liked in IF during that time. almost every post crossed 1000 likes. Her other stories on wattpad are also too good :)
2. A river runs through it by Meera 30
For me, Arshi fanfics is Meera. I love and absolutely adore her stories and this one is my favourite. Dreamy like a poetry. Extremely nostalgic for 90s kids.
She has opened her stories, please do check out.
3. Of lemons and limes by Omorobati
Would bring the characters live !! Similar to office setup, funny and sexy story.
4. Whats cooking by Rtilicious
For a foodie like me, this story brings out a story of michelin stared chef Arnav and feisty chef Khushi
5. A words worth by Meera30
Sexy Arnav and words play by Meera
6. Second chances by mirabell
This story strings heart. Author has now restarted it and i have faint memories of the old one. Extremely well written
7. A late spring by Jenny
Jenny's story have simple and clean narrative and high emotion value
8. Mirage by MoltenLava
My first story on IF, which i wanted to make into movie :P. Full on masala story, broody hero, damsel in distress, underworld..good and evil. In short, complete housefull story!!
9. Dawn Noon and Dusk by AquaSandhya
I had read this story back in 2012/13 when she had completed. Was in awe of the characters and the description she would lay. Straight outta Karan Johar movie sets :P. Cut to 2020, Sandhya has re written the story and is available on her blog and it is still droolworthy. She has another story called Hands of time, which she has restarted and it is never late to jump on the bus.
10. Careless Whisper
I have very faint memories of this story...but this is Meera's second best work (according to me :P, I love "a river..." more :P). I hope and pray she opens the blog for this one.....someone pretty please convey the message to her if you guys are in touch :) This story is beautiful and poignant !
Phew, the list goes on...Arshi fandom indeed had / have lot of talented writers. I have missed many like Chaitali, Expel, Ruchi, Tina, Appy, Madhu, Napstermonster etc.
Just wanted to say, thank you brilliant writers from bottom of my heart for taking out time and sharing your piece with us. I started reading because of such wonderful writers :)
