Anjaly brought water and gave it to Garima.Anjaly was crying and Nani was angry as well as worried.When Garima regained consciousness she burst into tears.She said:Naniji,you said that you would take care of my daughter.I know that it is the mistake of my daughter but what shall I do now?An unmarried girl in this condition...her life is spoilt.Her father won't live once he hears the news.Suddenly her nature changed.She was furious and asked:I want to see her.Where is she?

Garima again asked:Where is she?

Anjaly took her to her room followed by others.The room was open and Khushi was sitting at the edge of the bed.Her eyes searched only for one face.To her horror she saw Garima.Khushi hid behind Anjaly.

Garima:Khushi,........She was shivering with anger.She continued:It was good if you killed both of us .I'm ashamed of you,now tellme..who is...

"She is carrying my child".The stern voice from Arnav Singh Raizada startled everyone.All were rolling their eyes and looking at him.Khushi ran to his arms.He hugged her and patted her shoulder and led her back to bed.He sat beside her.She sobbed.

Anjaly:Arnav...you?

Nani:Chote...

Garima couldn't respond for some time.Everyone was staring at him.

Nani::A girl getting pregnant without marriage is a shame brought to the family and herself.

Arnav:We are married.She is my wife.We got married two months back.

Nani:My God...What do we hear?

Anjaly:You are lying chote,where did you marry?

Arnav:Just a second,please wait.

He went to his room and brought the marriage certificate and showed the photos in his mobile.

Anjaly:Then ...then..why did you hide it from us?

Arnav:Ask nani...

Nani tried to escape from there.

Arnav:Please answer nani.

Arnav:She won't.You know two months back,nani made a plan for getting me and Lavanya married.She asked Lavanya to act as though she was depressed and dejected.She even asked her to pretend trying for suicide.She asked Panditji to say that unless I don't get married within a month it would be fatal to me and our family.Itold her I would never marry Lavanya but she was giving false hopes to Lavanya and her family eventhough Lavanya knew that I loved only Khushi.So it became a big botheration for me.So I decided to follow my heart.I even requested Panditji to say that my marriage can happen only after 6 months.That was how I was saved from all the dramas.

Garima had tears in her eys:She said:So you married my daughter.Thank God.

Nani's sister scolded Nani:It's your fault.Why should we compel the young people to marry according to our will?It's their life.How can one marry without love?Arnav beta,I'm happy that you followed your heart.And it's a time for celebration.First of all we should announce their marriage and then we've to call all our relatives and friends for a get together.

Nani:I'm not ready to accept Khushi as Arnav's wife.

Arnav:I don't compel you.Please come aunty,we would move to my new villa with Khushi.

Nani's sister:It's a shame on you Parvathi{Nani's name}.I'm also leaving.This is a time we have to give support to Khushi beti.

Anjaly:Yes,nani.

Arnav:Whatever you say,I'm moving with Khushi to the new villa with her parents.I don't want to live under the same roof with a person who hates my wife.

Aakash:My God,what a relief to me.Nani,they loved each other for a long time.I was aware of it.

Nani:Soall were making me a fool.

Arnav:You were not ready to listen to me.That is your problem.

Anjaly:Khushi,I want to know more about your marriage.

Khushi was not in a mood to explain anything.Her thoughts went back to two months back.

(Flashback)

Itwas a cloudy day.By evening there was thunder and lightning.Arnav dispersed his employees before the scheduled time.Khushi was coming from her office.Arnav blocked her way.(mentioned in part 10)Khushi looked at him and her heart missed a beat when she saw his expression.He said:His voice was not more than a whisper:I'll drop you home.

Khushi:No,we discussed that earlier know.People will talk.

Arnav:Let them,I'm not bothered.

Khushi again looked at Arnav.He said:come on.

He drove to his aunt's flat along with her.He knew that his aunt was out of station.It started to rain heavily.He parked the car and there was 5 minutes walk to the main buiding.He asked the security for an umbrella.He walked encircling his left hand on her waist and with right hand holding the umbrella.She found it difficult to breathe.Both realized their burning desire and once they reached inside the flat they could no longer controli t.Arnav was kissing her wildly.He said in between the kisses:I love you,love you Oh..god,how I love you.He kissed her eyes,her cheeks,her neck.He said:You are mine,mine only.Khushi:Arnavji...we ..are.. not supposed to do this...

Arnav:Hush..Khushi we are meant for each other.

Khushi:I'm afraid

Arnav:Ofwhat?

Khushi hid her face on his chest.

Arnav:Khushi,Ineed you. I'm all yours and you are mine.But I'll make you mine only after marrying you .Today I'll spend the night with you but won't do anything wrong.I just want to be near you. we will register our marriage tomorrow.

Khushi:What would our family say?

Arnav:They will accept us.Nani may make some issues.But don't worry,I'll manage.Tell me the truth Khushi.Can you live without me?

Khushi hugged him tightly and said:No,never

..Arnavji..Iwant to go to temple before our marriage.

Arnav:Ok,We'llgo together.

Khushi made dinner for Arnav,they chatted till midnight and slept together in a room.

The next day morning Arnav went to his house and then to office..Khushi went to office and on the way went to the temple and prayed.

They went out together during lunch time and Arnav took her to the registrar where one of his friends who was an advocate was waiting with his wife.The two witnesses along with them signed and the marriage was registered.They went straight to the office.Arnav was impatient.He wanted to be with her.He was waiting for an opportunity.He found Khushi going to the stock room.

(FromPart 10)With a list of files in hand,pen in between the lips,Khushi was searching for files in the stock room.All employees were immersed in their work in the ground floor.Aman had gone to the other show room.Aakash and Akshay were in the construction site.Arnav moved to the stock room.He looked around,got inside and locked the room.He caught her by the waist and lifted her up and kissed her.The files fell down to the floor.She whispered:Arnavji..let me go..someone will see us.

..Arnav placed her down and said:My wife,tonight,we'l lbe one.She felt shy and hid her face on his chest.He went out of the room after some time followed by her.

The rain continued to hit the town.Arnav reached his aunt's flat at night.Khushi reached earlier and she opened the door to him.He could see her draped in a green saree with matching accessories.Her hands were full of bangles.Hair was open .Arnav stood staring at her.He moved towards her.Suddenly she said:Arnavji,first bath,then prayer,food.He asked in a husky voice:after that...?

She blushed but said mischievously:after that we will sleep.

Arnav:Sleep..?today..?

Khushi:Arnavji..please....

With a smirk he went to take bath.Later she led him to the pooja room ,took his hands and said Arnavji..sindoor..

Arnav put sindoor on her forehead. Then Arnav said:I will tie Mangalsutra later.If You wear it now,everyone will recognize at once.

Khushi didn't reply.He pressed himself to her and whispered:Khushi...

Khushi:First food..then..

Arnav:First Suhaagraat then....

She could see a dark pleasure in his eyes and his voice was hoarse.He called.:Khushi.He lifted her and took her to the bedroom.The rainwater was splashing on the window pane and on that rainy night Khushi gave her completely to Arnav.

Both were giving each other fully and then when it was over they lied in each other's arms silent.

It was very late when Khushi woke up in the morning.She suddenly recalled what happened in the previous night.She looked beside her.He was not there.She rose from the bed ,put on her night gown and went to the living room.She searched all over but he was not there.She took her mobile to call him.It was then she saw his numerous messages.

"Khushi,you were in deep sleep.I didn't want to disturb you.You please take rest today.I would be coming in the evening..bye till then..darling..."

Then he has written:You are lovely...very soft...impatiently waiting to be with you...

Khushi called him.He cut the phone.So she realized that there was some one with him.Hec alled back after a few minutes.Arnav:Khushi...are you ok?

Khushi was very shy to answer.But she said:Ok,Arnavji

Arnav:Khushi...I love you

Khushi:I love you too...

Arnav:Bye...

Khushi looked around her.The bed sheet and pillow were misplaced.She could see her broken bangles.

She went to the washroom and before taking a shower looked in the mirror.There was a red mark on her right cheek.She recalled how he pressed his lips and his stubble made the mark.Her lips were swollen and she could see a red mark on her breast also.They were complementing each other and it was a sleepless night.The heavy showers was adding to the mood and they forgot everything.

Arnav'saunt came back the next day and they couldn't interact much except through phone calls and messages.Both were desperate and wanted to spend time together.Khushi started preparing for exams and after the exams she decided to go home.Arnav followed her.On the way they got down in a holiday inn which was called honeymoon cottage where many newly married couples used to visit.Khushi was guilt conscious because she thought that she was cheating on her parents.Arnav told that they were married and there was nothing to worry or repent.He assured her that he would manage everything.He added:I can't imagine a single moment without you Khushi.

They reached the inn and saw a very beautiful ambience there.The place was surrounded by bushy plants and flowers and had some fine pieces of wooden architecture.The place was filled with music and there was a restaurant which was constructed with bamboos.They entered the cottage provided to them and was enchanted by its interior done in the ancient style.Eventhough electrified,lanterns were also hanging here and there.The walls were decorated with oil paintings.The room was filled with the exoctic smell of jasmine flowers.Both of them looked at each other.They were dying to be in each others arms but at the same time very hungry.They had a very delicious dinner in the restaurant and by that time rain started.Arnav whispered in her ears:Let's go.Khushi looked into his eyes and could see his mesmerizing eyes twinkling.She had an intense desire to kiss those eyes .They walked together towards their cottage.He thought that there was some connection between rain and their romantic moments.The place wasfilled with melodious music ..The song"Channa Meraya"was playing to which some couples were dancing with light movements. Arnav carried her to their cottage.When they reached inside he got a call from Aman.He asked:Where are you yaar?I saw your message that you won't be available for one week.

Arnav:I'll tell you later,now I'm on my way to my ancestral home.

Aman:Khushihas also gone home.I smell something.

Arnav:No..nothing...Will call you later.

Aman cleared certain doubts regarding an agreement and after that Arnav switched off the mobile.

He lighted the lanterns and switched off the electric lights.He could see her looking at him,her eyes inviting him.Arnav looked at her from head to toe,her breasts,her navel,beautiful neck made him crazy with desire.He moved towards her and when she saw the looks inhis eyes she stepped back.His eyes were dark with desire.He pressed her to thewall and kissed her neck.The saree was not pinned.It came down.He kissed her hungrily keeping his hands on her breasts.That night was more intense and memorable than the first one.

Later Khushi was lying keeping her head on his chest.She asked :Arnavji,if Iconceive?

Arnav:So what?You will give me our daughter,beautiful like you..He kissed her forehead.

Khushi:I want small Arnav.

He kissed her.

Khushi:Are you happy Arnavji?

Arnav:Happiest man in the world.Now I've started believing in God for giving yourself to me.

Khushi hugged him and said:I'm the luckiest one.

Theyspent one more night there and left to Gorakhpur.

Shewent to her house and Arnav went to his ancestral home.He supervised the workof the resort and in afternoons when the roads were empty and the people were inside their own houses , they met in the old block of his home.

When they again came back to Lucknow it was very difficult for them to live separately.Khushi had a doubt regarding pregnancy as she missed her periods but as sometimes it came late she waited.But due to high fever and then vomiting she was taken to hospital by Arnav's aunt. It happened when Arnav was going to declare their marriage.

Khushi came back to the present when she heard Arnav's voice calling her:Khushi..come with me.She saw him coming with a suitcase and his laptop.Anjaly ran after himcrying.She was asking Nani to call him back.Nani kept silent.

Arnav left with Khushi and her mother.

It was almost half an hour that Arnav Singh Raizada was sitting staring at his wife's pale face and fragile body lying on the bed.ASR , a strong and stubborn person,who was never easily moved by anything in life,was now a totally shattered person.He,the business tycoon now wanted only one thing in his life,that was his wife's recovery.Only a little hope was left and he who never believed in God was now praying every moment to God to give his wife back to life.He never left her side since the accident that happened 6 months back and never allowed anyone to come near her except her mother.The whole business was run by Aakash and Aman and he never bothered about what was going on .

He recalled the happy days they spent together in the new villa after leaving the Raizada mansion.Aakash also started to reside with them .Anjaly came with Rakesh in the weekends and the happiest thing was that nani came to meet them .She requested them to return to Raizada mansion.When Khushi's pregnancy reached 7 months Garima wanted to take her to Gorakhpur but Arnav didn't allow.He brought her along with Shashi Gupta and they stayed there for the next few months. Khushi gave birth to a very cute little boy who perfectly resembled his father.Both Khushi and Arnav were extremely happy to see their little one.Arnav showered him with kisses and spent a lot of time with both of them.He was very sad and disturbed as he had to go to London in connection with expanding his investment there.He shared his concern and even though Khushi was sad she urged him to concentrate in his career.Arnav pampered her a lot and he recalled a conversation between them after the marriage:

Khushi:Arnavji ,why are you treating me like a child?You spoil me a lot.The reply was a long kiss and then he said:Khushi,I can't live a single moment without you,I intend to give you more responsibility in our business so that we can be together all the time.You can start once our son joins the school.

Khushi:I'm afraid Arnavji about your possessiveness, what if something happens to me...She couldn't finish as she was shocked to hear him roaring at her:Khushi never ever speak like that..and he left the room immediately slamming the door behind him.He was totally annoyed and it took three days for Khushi to pacify him.Tears rolled down his cheeks ...Her words have come true now.

Arnav left for London very reluctantly.Arnav decided to take Khushi and their son to London.In fact he decided to spend a few years there.He started the formalities and it was on process.He left in June and was planning to come back for Diwali in Novemberand in return decided to take both of them with him.

Both Khushi and Arnav were desperate to be with each other and Khushi with the help of the house keepers set the house ready for Diwali celebrations and to receive Arnav.Nani,Anjaly,Rakesh and Aakash were waitingfor him at home as Aman went to bring Arnav from airport.Arnav's heart was beating faster as he neared his house.He wanted to see and take Khushi in his arms.As he neared his house he saw nani standing in the entrance holding his son.His eyes searched for her.He got down from the car and took his son from nani.He entered his house carrying his son and asked:Where is Khushi?

Anjali:She is waiting for you upstairs

Arnav began to ascend the steps and it was then he heard a heart wrenching scream and the whole Raizada family ran upstairs in horror to see what happened...

PART 13

Arnav was screaming the name of khushi while running and when he reached his room he saw the glass window in his bedroom broken .He didn't dare to look down from the window and it was Aman who hurried to the window and saw to his horror Khushi lying in pool of blood unconscious in the next compound full of pebbles and small granites.Arnav slowly went to the window and stared at herbody and then ran like a mad man downstairs followed by others. Garima fainted and it was Hariprakash who took care of her.Arnav didn't dare to touch Khushi.He simply stood staring at her and then slowly knelt down beside her and with trembling fingers checked whether she is breathing.He began to scream at the top of the voice.No...No...Khushi...He tried to wake her up but in vain.He picked her up and was running towards the car.The people from the near by place began to gather and one of them said:Sir,I saw someone pushing this lady down.

Aman:What?

Aakash:letus take Khushiji to hospital.We'll talk later.

Aman collectedthe details from the neighbour and joined Arnav in taking Khushi to thehospital.

Arnav was hugging Khushi and looked at her pale face .He was crying like a small child.Anjali was trying to console him.

The ring of his mobile brought Arnav back to the present.He cut the call and recalled again how desperately he waited for doctor's report.There was serious injury but as she was brought on time the doctors could save her.She regained her consciousness and could identify people but couldn't respond and couldn't move.She was bedridden.Tears rolled down his eyes as he remembered how she was looking at him helpless,trying to respond.He took her to almost all expert doctors and gave the best treatment.Due to that she could move her hands and legs a little but couldn't get up.He looked after her day and night.Their son was entirely under the care of nani,Garima and Anjaly.

Nani conducted special poojas for her.Everyone prayed day by day for her recovery.Shashi Gupta and Garima stayed with them.

Aman and Aakash started enquiring about the report of the neighbour the very next day after the incident.He made a sworn statement that he saw some one pushing Khushi down.Arnav was not in a state to run after the details but he said Aman:"That person should be no more."I don't want to hear anything else."

The clues leading to the culprit alarmed the whole family.It was none other than Lavanya's father. How he got inside was a mystery.Later they found that he got inside by bribing the security at the gate.He tried to harm Khushi several times but failed and that particular day she went to the terrace to light lamps due to Diwali.This gave him an opportunity to harm her.

Lavanya and her mother went to London and her father was jailed.The security was beaten by Arnav's personal guards and was handed over to police.

Arnav had a ray of hope as a new specialist arrived from US who was an Indian but practiced in US for a long time.Khushi was taken to the hospital and the treatment started.Not a single day passed without Arnav's tears.He didn't speak much to anyone in the family .Sometimes he hugged his son and cried.

Arnav prayed for his dear one's life.The 7th day in the hospital gave him hope.Khushi opened her eyes and tried to say something.A group of expert doctors were examining and observing her.Arnav spent lakhs for treatment.The second week began to bring ther esults.Khushi began to make some sounds.

Two more weeks passed.One night Arnav was sleeping in the same room in the hospital.He heard something crashing down in the room.He jumped to his feet and switched on the lights.He could see Khushi sitting on the bed and trying to reach the water jug.He couldn't believe what he saw.He ran to her side and hugged her and cried.She was very weak and her sound was feeble.She called.Arnavji...He kissed her all over her face.He called Anjali and Aakash and informed them of Khushi's recovery.

It took almost 6 months more for her to become fully cured and normal.

Khushi heard from all in his family and her parents how he looked after her.

What is wrong with nani? She was OK with Khushi for Akash so why not Arnav? Just for Lavanya she wanted to separate them?

Lavanya's family didn't know how to back down after Arnav made everything clear. Good to see Khushi recovering.

Was Nani also involved in the accident??
