The sibling banter spiralled out of control pretty quickly, didn't it?! With much hilarity for us 😆

What I love about your writing is how you are able to switch moods so effortlessly. Looking forward to reading you explore Khushi's state of mind.

The update is awesome. I am loving this trip and it seems I am travelling with them. I hope Shyam won’t be of much trouble. Can’t wait to read next chapter.

The imaginative spelling sans the presence of oxford dictionary (language is after all for communication!), the sitteth and leaveth (brought to mind fond memories of a bahutheay bhunderful bhaasa which some of us used to employ, coming out of musings on what if mami were to speak Shakespearean English😆), the wiping off the cup to get rid of all the germs (recently I saw someone on a flight who wiped the seat, the overhead light, the ac vent you name it. Now for someone who's room is perennially in a bomb has gone off state, this was traumatizing😳😆), in the midst of all the humor you forced me to think of how distressing it must be to have to face unwanted attention, without any sort of support from one's own family.

BTW, i love the coat in the end of the chapter.

The first thing I did after reading the update was twirl a pen between my fingers, or atleast tried to. Needless to say, it was a disaster 😆

Khushi may not have found any interesting adjectives to describe Arnav in office, but she was honest. She had to put some effort to come up with "hardworking" and "organized" But her fascination to his pen-twirling art came without any thought. Did it even occur to her that she was appreciating Arnav for something that doesn't really qualify for an office skill? But it is something that has genuinely impressed her. After all, imitating this skill isn't as easy as the Oscar winning robotic walk 🤣

Loved the spoken and unspoken conversation between Arnav & Anjali. These two are such cutie-pies when they interact with each other.

On a positive note, Arnav has started noticing Khushi as more than just an employee. He may not know the person behind the flurry of messages, but Arnav was smart enough to realize it was an unpleasant intruder, even for Khushi. I think his whole act with the pen in the end (which I found extremely adorable and sexy at the same time) was to take Khushi's mind off the messages. And I hope someday he gives private lessons to Khushi on how to maneuver the pen between fingers 😉

Fantabulous update, Sabi. I was laughing like a maniac at the conversations in the car, the exchanges between Arnav & Anjali, the french-sounding english words (baveridges 🤣)...then I had an awww moment when Arnav volunteered (okay, was volunteered) to fix Khushi's phone and the way he got unsettled after reading the messages. And finally, the last few lines left a smile on my face which will stay for a long long time!

It's a lovely update dear.. Finally both of them shared their first smiles assuming that they didn't in their office. I should say that it was a great comeback by kushi for anjali's question. Though she was on the spot, she managed revealing the interesting things about arnav. Why is shyam harassing her with his messages after divorce? Arnav had understood that there is a creep in her life. That acknowledgement is enough for now from arnav's side.

Though arnav comes across as a nonchalant person, he had observed kushi many times. That's great. He is not oblivious to his surroundings. I liked the way he flirted with her in the end. Didn't expect that from him. Now that anjali asked kushi about arnav, is there any chance that lavanya will ask arnav about kushi?

@bold Oh I so wish someone asks him about Khushi. It has to be Anjali again to do the honors, if it ever happens. That girl has a penchant for asking the most uncomfortable questions, and I love her for that 😆

So many untold stories of Khushi's past including Shyam n her family.. Both of them observe each other so much😁. Hope this trip helps to ease them with each other.. N Khushi gives up her idea of resignation
