Arnav is unsettled by what he is going to do. It's not a full on guilt as of now but he is not as happy about it as he was. You're right about the personal consequences. Let's see where all this complication takes them,

@bold- I agree. Currently they are aware of only 2 r/lships, when (if ?) the 3rd comes out, how will it add to the complication? And as you say, Arnav, right now, is more unsettled given that Khushi doesn't know his true intention.
