I would love to see Kabir and Payal end up together, I truly do. It all adds up, doesn't it? Both are wonderful people, Payal loves Kabir, Kabir is heart-broken and needs to be loved, both are Khushi's friends and have her best interests in mind. It does paint a beautiful picture. But the main part in this jigsaw puzzle that leaves the picture incomplete is that Kabir has no romantic feelings for Payal. He knows Payal loves him, may not know to what extent, but he does have an inkling. I think the question is not whether NK will ever feel this protective for Payal, but will Kabir ever feel anything more than just protective for Payal? Will he be able to reciprocate her love? If not, I would rather wish for Payal to have her HEA with someone who cherishes her and loves her.
