Arnav had deliberately kept a secret from Khushi and I could already guess what is it So far from the story revealed, my guess is secret is relating to Arnav's past and ArLa relationship Because these are something which is Khushi totally unaware about! Let's see

Arnav, Oh my Arnav! Everytime Arnav impresses me more than the last this shows how much clear is he in setting things right that messed up in life! He is really taking steps, firstly not letting anyone talk about his beloved wife [How I wish Khushi is actually there to witness this]- Aman is clearly unhappy with Arshi marriage and now clearly hinting about Khushi betraying Arnav professionally blaming her for damages suffered by Arnav - However its Mr. Kabir who is rival to Arnav and Khushi happen to work for Kabir - which is basically to work against Arnav - Glad that Arnav is not intentionly blaming Khushi or even doubt Khushi on as Aman suggests!! Poor Aman his plan backfired now but I'm sure he is going to create more confusion but who is our Arnav!

I think Arnav is asking Khushi about their past encounters - like why dint you be with me? And Khushi asusual not answering - but will Arnav leave her like always or stay put and demand answers for a change - lets wait and watch!

Khushi acknowledges that she is the one who pushes away Arnav must have been after the bathroom romance - Hope her realization help her see things clearly!!
