So there is something about arnav which khushi didn't knew and that is adding more to her misery.
Looks like It is connected to the other teaser you have given weeks ago where Dadi was present too.

But what could be the revelation that has shaken up khushi to this extent?

I think given the last chapter, there will be something Khushi learns about Arnav.

And I think, she learns something in the process about ArLa as well.

ArLa thoughts have been the major thing hurting the poor girl, there's no better place to get more information about the equation than from grandma 😳
