I think Lavanya felt Arnav loves someone else and her love is one-sided or Arnav himself told Lavanya about him loving someone else but not about the person whom he loved because LA is his friend first and he don't want her to stuck in one-sided love marriage that's why she backed out of marriage and Khushi's Dadi noticed Arshi's unsaid feelings for each other and asked Khushi to take LA place with Arnav consent.
