Thank you, I hope so too. He was really cute as Haider in Tanhaiyaan. But I don't care for light-hearted romantic dailies like the ones Gul Khan used to make (I couldn't stand Geet on Star One) so I didn't bother watching the first season of the show. It looked exceedingly juvenile to me, this one is right up my alley, grand and dark. It looks so much like a SLB film, I love that. Both the protagonists are good looking too so that's a plus. Advay and Chandini, right? Gorgeous names. This looks a lot like Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon-Ek Baar Phir, which had some marvellous acting from the secondary cast and the same concept of vicious hatred, although this one seems to be aligned with a proper concept of revenge and not hate-for-the-sake-of-hate like Madhubala or Ek Baar Phir. I am really excited.

That sounds good. I am happy to have not watched much of him before, I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than go with previous baggage. I feel most people around social media have some kind of an existing bias with the two previous leads and their reported, "irreplaceable" chemistry which is blinding them to the positive things about this version so far. I am happily bias-free lol and these two people clearly look intriguing together, not at all bad like many people seem to believe on SNS.

Yes EHT was also loosely based on Revenge - This is also another spin off of Revenge is what I feel. Just that here it is the male lead who is taking the revenge and Chandu is hopefully going to be innocent. That is why a love story can be explored between Advay and Chandu but it was not done between Shourya Goenka and Durga/Nitya

A question, does this show have the same designer as Ishqbaaz? That's a Gul Khan show too, right? Oh god, they have some of the most horrifying clothes I have ever seen. My mom watches the show just to see their outrageous clothes. They will make this pretty girl wear such outrageous clothes also. So irritating lol. But they seem to be kinda decent during regular episodes, it's only for functions that they go literally wild.

Barun is an exceptional actor...but i can guarantee u...u will love him as Arnav,,,,,i dont lyk light hearted romance too...IPK seson 1 was very much intense in starting and following few months...which made many of us fall in love with Barun..his eyes speaks volume..with limited dialogue delivery but with amazing expression...sry my speech will go on and on abt hotwa😳

so u can watch it for sure...(dont know abt IPK EBP..no offense but it was not that much intense for me...😕)

That's actually not their beliefs but ego!!! Their ego is not letting them accept Shivani opposite Barun.. And also they badly wants to see it, despite claiming this to be copy paste of previous stories... And it would hurt their ego of they watch it!!! Bachara !!
