Mr.Kashyap must have been surprised by Arnav's proposal which Steve put in front of him.

Khushi meet Arnav at Medical Centre worrying that Arnav might meet Kunal and think she never mentioned him about Kunal working there or wondering since Arnav never knew about Kunal working there, wanted to confess her meeting with Kunal to Arnav before he finds out and lead to another misunderstanding but was surprised when Arnav told her he too wanted to talk to her.

Akash was too much pissed of because of Aman and his interfering to achieve what he wanted and warned him and also let him know about the surprise waiting for Arnav as soon as he is back not knowing it is he who will be surprised seeing Arnav's action.

Last part the moments between Arnav and Khushi after their emotional talk.

Will wait for the update to see how many of my guesses are right.

Mr Kashyap and Steve - looks like Arnav have put a proposal of taking over Kashyap's business in way that he can't disagree with the terms. Loved the comment on Arnav by Kashyap and Steve reply😉
Khushi and Arnav - I guess Khushi and Arnav met at medical centre and Khushi wants to tell about Kunal confession and she was anxious thinking may be Arnav got to know about her meeting with Kunal
Akash warning Aman - I guess Akash got approval from financers and is overconfident and understimating Arnav but he don't know his little brother will turn the tables
Arnav and Khushi - I guess Arnav said about Kunal's misdeed and Khushi said about Kunal's confession and broke down hearing about Kunal and Arnav consoled her

It appears that before Arnav could say anything, Khushi has cobfessed about Kunal Love awoval to Arnav n has broken down n is confessing her love to Arnav or upon finding Arnav hale n hearty she has broken down n is confessing her love to him.
