I think Khushi's reaction to Kunal will decide the course of the story. Arnav here is not shallow to jump on conclusions as far as I understand him. Kunal is human not hateful. He was not be able to hide his emotions and with little delayed expression which is understandable. The delayed responses are normal in our lives. Kudos for the next ones!

About the teaser, Kunal and Arnav will become best of buds by the end of Wedded! Kunal had his chance. I wonder who he is married to and her fate, if this is how strongly he felt for Khushi all this long.
