I'm so glad Arnav traced his Khushi...I was expecting a bit of ASR moment on seeing her but Arnav is the most genteel man in the world. I can't wait to know how he traced her!! Someone answered her phone?

The third part (in italics) must be something that transpired in the past. I am guessing that person being accused is related to Khushi in some way. Seemed like Khushi was revealing her past to Arnav.
