Im feared after hearing Garima shashi and buaji, when they will come to learn what happened four years ago and what role Arnav played, how will they react? Will they want together still?

Arnav's guilt is increasing every day. The worst of it is that the girl whose heart and trust he broke loves him so much that he is her only medicine.

Khushi is definitely improving and arnav is not leaving any chance to make her alright

He regrets his poor judgement and yes he should

Payal is confued about arnav amd khushi. But she could see the care

Very nice update.. Worth waiting for.. Kushi is slowly improving and Arnav will not rest till she completely recovers.. Wondering how the family will react after knowing that Arnav is the reason behind kushi's condition..
