Both the families being so understanding about Arnav's PDA and Khushi's craziness is cute, especially in the way each family tries to excuse / apologise for their family member's outlandish behaviour. Nice to note that Khushi's thoughts are consumed by Arnav's seduction, the feel of his lips on hers and what this means for her future. Payal's lovelife is as tame as her dreams whereas Khushi's interactions with her fianc, be it in the real world or the world of dreams, are quite action-packed! Have a feeling Payal might faint plain away if Akash were to do even a miniscule part of the things Arnav does to Khushi or even if those things were to take place in her dreams! Khushi's confusion is very amusing: "And, Khushi, Akashji held my hand...," Payal mooned over her beau. Khushi frowned. That was all Akash Jiju had done so far? Then why was this... this walking talking dil ki bimari giving her chumban left, right, and centre? Even in her dreams, the laundry isn't far from her: Payaliyaa slipped into deep slumber, dreaming of her spectacled lover smiling shyly at her as she washed bucket after bucket of dupattas... how romantic! The nicknames Khushi comes up with for Arnav are sheer genius... Dilliwala kapdewala is up there with the best. The thoughts in her head as to how Arnav's glance, closeness, touch and kiss affect her are very realistically etched, clearly showing how innocent she is and that this is her first foray into the world of love... Arnav has his work cut out for him. Trust Khushi to jump to the conclusion that her unfamiliar feelings stem from the magic spells he has woven around her... that she has a crazy dream about the same doesn't come as a surprise! Subconsciously, Khushi knows there's a charisma and magic around Arnav that she is drawn to, against her will... she understands how possessive he is of her, if one is to go by the words he mouths in her dream. "My presence unnerves you, my touch holds you in thrall, my eyes unclothe you, my fingers send trails of fire to burn your skin...," he drawled... what an image... he almost makes love to her with his words! Even though she has no clue about physical intimacies, Khushi's dreams are far, far ahead of Payal's laundry day ones! She is very fascinated with his muscles despite her attempts not to be. Her lips trembled. She had imagined him... he had vanished like a mirage... it's almost as if she misses him and wishes he were there with her. Mittu's choice of songs are spot on, only adding to Khushi's irritation... funny! Buaji's thought processes are as crazy as Khushi's... maybe that's why she understands the latter so well! Khushi growling in frustration and wanting to do Arnav physical harm is hilarious. "And good boys! You are both lucky," Buaji smiled in relief. Khushi pursed her lips. Buaji didn't know what her Arnav Bitwaa got up to in the dark hours of the night! Good boy! He? Maybe when he was asleep and unconscious! Such a vast difference in their opinions regarding Arnav... these asides slay me! Buaji and Garima stumbling over their hints about the physical aspects of married life and Khushi only interested in brushing her teeth or in what's for breakfast, while amusing, seems to indicate that Khushi isn't mature or ready enough for marriage and all it entails. She being possessive about her Mittu, her Devi Maiyya and her chanaa reveals how very childlike she still is. Eagerly awaiting the fun and games Arnav must have surely planned to fluster Khushi further and to further her sexual awakening.
