Smitaji update was awesome,
haaye kya kya plan karna padta hai "EK KHUSHI" ko paane ke liye.,
hamara heart prasanna hua...Model na sahi special Chef hi sahi..ab Arnav babua ko kabhi khaane mai salt toh kabhi Mirch milegi..badla jo lena hai 😆...lekin yeh kya Babua 😳..yeh baat kuchh nayi si hai...

Hayye re Nand Kishore now Khushi will work as a cook to ASR!! 😲

Can I ask you a question, why do you always typify Khushi as an anpadh ganwaar in your stories?? That was the one fact that used to bug me about IPK, no respectful status for Khushi always a maid :(

Sorry, I had hoped to see Khushi at least once being a qualified youth in one of your stories, but her status seems to be deteriorating in each story more & more, even more so than the show itself. :( I hated the fact that they made her an almost maid in the story & now I am sad seeing it here as well...

In the serial, she was shown to be something between 22-25 years. No mention was made of her educational qualifications, but her English was poor.

I don't know what got her the job in AR Designs (except ASR's attraction for her & his ego)😉, but she was shown to have reasonable computer skills.

Now, I have based the story on the one thing I am sure about Khushi. That she is a halwai😃 and loves to cook & feed people. The foodie in me thinks it is one of the best careers a person can choose...ha..ha.. Anyway, it is not meant to demean her. I am just working with the qualities & capabilities she was shown to have in the serial.

PS. Do you think anyone can browbeat my Khushi in to being a maid? She will most likely bite off ASR's ear if he tried to do so. If he is a lion, then she is his lioness!

Much as I love your writing, Smitar, I have to agree with pixiegirl's point about Khushi never being very educated.

There is nothing wrong in her being a cook, but I certainly would have loved a more educated Khushi rather than just a loveable goofy, foodie who can cook.

Making her a trained cook where she is respected for her skills along with being loved for her goofiness would have been great.

Her fiestiness and dignity would have added weight if she had the education to back them up. Also Arnavji would accept her on her terms and defend her against the world, but education would give her a standing in the world independent of Arnav.
